Lindsay Lohan hit up Dan Tana's italian restaurant in Hollywood last night with her new lawyer Mark Heller and mother Dina, and the Liz & Dick actress didn't seem to have a care in the world, despite the fact that she's dangerously close to going back to jail!

Just yesterday, the rehabbed redhead appeared in court, where she was told by judge Stephanie Sautner that the pre-trial for her case would begin March 1, and the actual trial will begin on March 18.

It looks like Lilo might spend summer in the slammer, not on St. Barts!

The troubled actress doesn't exactly have the best driving record, which is probably why her attorney looked terrified as he was chauffeured leaving the eatery by none other than Lindsay herself!

All those hours she's spent slaving away at the gym have definitely paid off!

Ashley Greene was snapped leaving lunch at Real Food Daily in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon, and even though the 25-year-old actress was dressed casually in jeans and a baseball tee, she looked amazing!

Ashley is done with Twilight, and it looks like she's also done playing good girls like Alice Cullen! She's currently filming Random, and at some point this year we'll see her in character as a punk rock fan in CBGB. Can't wait for that!

On Wednesday Jennifer Garner and a pal were snapped at the park, and Jen looked like she had just stepped out of a J. Crew catalog! Not that there's anything wrong with that, but this is definitely a departure from the gowns she's been wearing to all the awards shows this winter!

After the SAG Awards last weekend hubby Ben Affleck gushed in an interview to Extra that Jen was "the most beautiful woman out there," so even though she rocks mom jeans from time to time, he doesn't seem to mind! Or was he just referring to her in the gorgeous gold dress? Hmm...

Sorry Kim and Kourtney, but Khloe is definitely our favorite Kardashian sister! She's almost always in a good mood when we see her, and most of the time she gives us a wave and a beautiful smile. And that lipstick? Loves!

Earlier today Khloe and Kim had a photo shoot with Ellen von Unwerth for the Kardashian Kollection, and after the ladies wrapped things up, Khloe headed to Los Angeles International Airport and hopped on a plane to New York City. Hubby Lamar Odom and the Los Angeles Clippers will be playing against the Boston Celtics on Sunday, so maybe she'll make an appearance at the Garden?

Michael Lohan and baby mama Kate Major welcomed son Landon Major Lohan at a Florida hospital on Wednesday, January 30, at 2:39 p.m. EST, according to rep for the family.

The little boy weighed in at 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured nearly 20 inches, and both mother and child are "doing great." Lohan was with Major throughout the entire labor, and he even cut the umbilical cord!

This is Lohan's sixth child; he has four kids with ex-wife Dina (Lindsay, 26, Michael Jr., 25, Ali, 19, and Cody, 16) and he also has a daughter, Ashley Horn, 17, with an ex-girlfriend.

Lohan and Major got engaged in 2010 but broke up after just a few months, but in July of 2012, they announced that they were expecting their first child together.

Britney Spears just loooooves free boobing it! But maybe next time she should be a little more careful about what kind of shirt she's wearing when she decides to skip grabbing a bra!

The 31-year-old pop star was spotted shopping with her bodyguard at Calypso in West Hollywood on Wednesday morning, and even though she left the X Factor and split from fiance Jason Trawick earlier this month, it looks like she's doing better than ever!

Of course, if we're to believe the new issue of Life & Style, Britney and Jason have been shacking up! A source tells the mag, "She and Jason have slept together since the split. They’ve seen each other multiple times ... Before, they were always fighting about getting married and having kids. They’re getting along much better since not being engaged!"

Nicole Richie wears workout clothes to the gym, but she always manages to cover them up with thousands of dollars worth of designer duds and accessories! But we always wonder how the inside of her leather jacket smells after being exposed to all that sweat...

Nicole also showed off her new short hairstyle, and we're still not sure how we feel about it. Last week Nic tweeted a pic from Andy Lecompte's salon chair and wrote, "B.O.B.," adding, "Take it off, Andels."
