Gisele Bundchen reveals in her new memoir Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life that she once considered taking her life she was so miserable.

"When I think back to a time in my early 20s, I remember that I felt so helpless that I questioned whether I wanted to live,” she wrote.

The supermodel had her first panic attack on a bumpy flight in 2003 and suffered them periodically for months afterwards, which is when the suicidal thoughts began.

"I had a wonderful position in my career, and I was very close to my family, and I always considered myself a positive person, so I was really beating myself up. Like, ‘Why should I be feeling this?’ I felt like I wasn’t allowed to feel bad. But I felt powerless. Your world becomes smaller and smaller, and you can’t breathe, which is the worst feeling I’ve ever had," she told People.

"I actually had the feeling of, ‘If I just jump off my roof, this is going to end, and I never have to worry about this feeling of my world closing in.' It felt like everything in my life was going to kill me. First it was the airplanes, then elevators. Then it was tunnels and hotels and modeling studios and cars. Now it was my own apartment. Everything had become a cage, and I was the animal trapped inside, panting for air. I couldn’t see a way out, and I couldn’t stand another day of feeling this way," she confessed.

"The idea swept over me then: Maybe it will be easier if I just jump. It will be all over. I can get out of this. When I think back on that moment, and that 23-year-old girl, I want to cry. I want to tell her that everything will be all right, that she hasn’t even begun to live her life. But in that moment, the only answer seemed to be to jump," she added.

Realizing she was in trouble, the Brazilian beauty rushed to the doctor, who prescribed her Xanax for her anxiety. Instead of relying on pills to get her through, she took a hard look at her life and changed her habits instead.

“I had been smoking cigarettes, drinking a bottle of wine and three mocha frappuccinos every day, and I gave up everything in one day. I thought, ‘If this stuff is in any way the cause of this pain in my life, it’s gotta go,'” she explained.

Bill Cosby, 81, has just been sentenced to anywhere from three to ten years in prison for his sexual assault conviction, after prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed to merge the three counts of his conviction into one for sentencing purposes. Cosby will begin serving his sentence immediately at a Pennslyvania state prison.

"This was a serious crime. Mr. Cosby this has all circled back to you. The day has come, the time has come," Judge Steven O'Neill told him in court.

In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004. Constand delivered her full victim impact statement this morning, and the judge ruled that the TV star must register as a "sexually violent offender," despite his defense's insistence that he was not a threat due to his age and partial blindness.

He will need to register with state police and notify any community he lives in of his sex offender status, as well as undergo mandatory counseling for life.

"When the sexual assault happened, I was a young woman brimming with confidence and looking forward to a future bright with possibilities. Now, almost 15 years later, I'm a middle-aged woman who's been stuck in a holding pattern for most of her adult life, unable to heal fully or to move forward," Constand said in her statement.

"I had to relive every moment of the sexual assault in horrifying detail in front of Mr. Cosby and his lawyers. I felt traumatized all over again and was often in tears. I had to watch Cosby make jokes and attempt to degrade and diminish me, while his lawyers belittled and sneered at me," she explained in another part.

"We may never know the full extent of his double life as a sexual predator but his decades-long reign of terror as a serial rapist is over," she added.

Justice has been served.

Ben Affleck has completed 30 days in rehab, but he plans on extending his stay to ensure the success of his recovery.

"He is doing much better but needs to continue receiving care. As difficult as it was to have his recent trip to rehab all play out so publicly, it now seems the way it happened was for the best. Ben seems to take this rehab visit more seriously. This time is different. He doesn’t want his kids to have to go through this again. Ben is really trying very hard to get better. He is taking things day by day, but it seems he plans on staying at the treatment center for at least a couple of more weeks," a source dished to People.

This time around, the Oscar winner has a very structured plan in place to make sure his sobriety sticks.

"He has a specialized program to suit his needs — meetings, working out, reading, therapy. Everyone’s journey with addiction and treatment is different and built for the individual. [Affleck’s] is a good mix of mental and physical work. This is what was outlined by his doctors and team," the source added.
