Matt Damon landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday evening, and even though his latest flick isn't doing well at the box office, he was in a great mood, signing autographs and posing for photos with a handful of happy fans.

Matt will be appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live tomorrow to promote Promised Land, and we're not sure if he'll chat about how little money it's made at the box office (so far it's only earned $7,542,000 and it cost $15 million to make), but we're guessing he might address the fact that the film was financed in part by Image Nation, a company completely owned and operated by the oil-rich government of the United Arab Emirates.

The film follows a salesman for a natural gas company (Damon) who travels to a small town to try and buy out land from the locals, but he's met with quite a bit of resistance. Last month Damon was asked about the foreign-oil funding at a promotional event in New York, by Philem McAleer, who directed the pro-fracking film FrackNation. McAleer asked Damon, "How does it feel to be a fully-paid advocate for an oil-rich Middle Eastern government - and doesn't that really negate any artistic credibility that Promised Land might have?" Damon's reply? "[T]he first time we were aware that Image Nation was involved with our movie was when we saw the rough cut and saw their logo."

"I would be interested in that. I think he's fascinating. What a fascinating character," he told BBC before adding, "I remember Matt Damon was going to do his autobiography at one point years ago. I remember thinking, that would be a great character, I'd love to play that character. I would love to do something, I think he's pretty fascinating."

The upcoming film is set to be based on Juliet Macur's book Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong. Other actors being considered to play the disgraced Tour de France champion include Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Fassbender, Matthew McConaughey and Christian Bale.

On Tuesday night the R&B star rode up to Supperclub in an orange Lamborghini, and we're not sure if it's a new whip or just a rental, but he parked it just a few feet away from the club for all to see. And if his car didn't catch everyone's attention, his lovely Ed Hardy-esque shirt certainly did!

The singer had a custom Lamborghini Gallardo that looks like F-86 jet fighter (he has since sold it and upgraded to a $750,000 Lambo Aventador) and we've also seen him driving a black Audi R8, a blue Lambo, a vintage Chevy Impala, a black Range Rover and a black Viper.

Looks like he switches cars as frequently as he goes back and forth between Rihanna and Karreuche Tran!

Lady Gaga teamed up with legendary crooner Tony Bennett to sing at a private event for Obama's staffers.

The eccentric performer, who wowed in a white Versace dress, belted out "The Lady Is A Tramp" alongside Bennett at the Washington Convention Center.

When President Obama hit the stage, his staffers reportedly sang to him ... "Signed, Sealed, Delivered."
