So much for turning a new leaf when it comes to her style!

On Tuesday morning we spotted Jennifer Garner and her adorable daughter at Brentwood Country Mart, and while Seraphina was all dolled up, it may have been laundry day for the 40-year-old actress!

Not sure where hubby Ben Affleck was, but we're guessing he's off doing something work-related (isn't he always?). Jen may still have a few re-shoots for The Dallas Buyers Club, but she doesn't have any other film projects lined up this year, whereas Ben has several in development. Seeing as he's not interested in being a stay-at-home dad (his words, not ours!), it's probably a good thing...

Zhang Ziyi's legal team will appear in court on Friday for a hearing in her defamation lawsuit against China Free Press and a journalist for publishing claims that she is a high-paid prostitute who had sexual relations with high-ranking Chinese government officials.

The Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon starlet is looking to force Weican Null Meng to give up the sources that led to his reports (published in Chinese dissident news website Boxun) that Ziyi had earned $100 million as an escort. Ziyi's subsequent libel lawsuit said the prostitution story was not true and when the publication was contacted about the falsity of the allegations, they refused to issue a retraction.

Zhang says that the scandal has hurt her financially and she added that it has ruined potential endorsement deals with Michael Kors and French automaker Citroen, among others.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Meng testified that there were three sources that formed the basis of his reports, but Ziyi's attorneys at the Glaser Weil Fink law firm describe the information as "nothing more than rumors, innuendo and hearsay -- several if not many times removed."

Simon Cowell stopped by Britain's Got Talent in London today, and the X-Factor judge wore his go-to outfit of a cashmere sweater and jeans. We couldn't help but notice that the super rich Brit has lost some weight recently. Maybe all that canoodling with bikini babes in St. Bart's over Christmas left no time for snacking?

The U.K. singing competition's other judge David Walliams apparently noticed the change in Simon's appearance too, because apparently the two got into quite a war of words during auditions. Walliams teased the music producer about having "a lot of work done" to make himself look younger, which wasn't warmly received!
