Now that she's officially out from under former fiance Jason Trawick's control, Britney's back to going bra-less -- without her engagement ring -- wearing a revealing clothes and struttin' her stuff!

The 31-year-old singer was escorted by her bodyguard to a recording studio Saturday and later, to the chic Mondrian hotel in West Hollywood. Also along for the ride was a new, blonde assistant ... and Britney was DRIVING, y'all! And not just the Smart! ... She was pimpin' a Jaguar!

It's been a whirlwind of changes for Brit recently -- she and Jason just announced the end of their relationship only days ago, telling fans in a statement: "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends." It was to have been the one-year anniversary of their engagement in December; instead, the pair was drifting apart.

And big changes are afoot for her professionally too -- after confirming she's leaving her X Factor judge gig, reports claim Spears is close to signing a $100 million deal with a Las Vegas hotel for a performance residency.
