Gwyneth Paltrow released a new GOOP newsletter today, and the Oscar winning actress says she's not going to be as strict with food this year.

"I am not on a detox. I am not on a diet. I know, New Year's cleansing and all that. Not this year. Can't do it. Maybe later in the year. Maybe in the spring," she writes. "So for now, I would like to continue with my pasta and cheese, but perhaps be more mindful of ingredients."

So how does Gwyn recommend cooking dishes she once stayed away from? "If you are going to eat pasta, why not serve it with a walnut pesto? You get my point. We had great fun in the GOOP test kitchen coming up with these ways to incorporate these miraculous foods into very tasty recipes."

Funny, because just last month Gwyn did an interview with Redstart magazine and revealed that she cuts everything out of her diet during a three-week-long cleanse called the Clean programme which bans dairy, gluten, refined sugar, processed foods, alcohol and caffeine. Gwyn added that the cleanse is "my favourite thing ... It did such wonders for my life, my confidence, my sex life, everything."

Wait, so which is it ... carbs or a crazy detox diet?

Justin Timberlake announced on Twitter today that he will be releasing his first album since 2006's FutureSexLoveSounds. "To whom it may concern... I think I'm READY!" he wrote, attached to a link to a video.

In the video, JT arrives at a recording studio and explains his long break from making tunes.

"Someone asked me the other day... 'So are you just done with music? [Music] means more to me than anybody else in the world. I've only done two albums in the past decade. What does the next decade mean to me? I don't want to put anything out that is... something I don't love. You just don't get that every day. You have to wait for it," he muses in the clip.

More details about the album's release are rumored to be revealed on Jan. 14, but a source told Us that the Grammy winner is "almost done" recording.

Destiny's Child will be getting back together for a new album!

Beyonce wrote on her website, “I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny’s Child music in eight years!”

Sony (via Columbia and Legacy Recordings) will be issuing a new Destiny’s Child compilation on January 29 called Destiny’s Child – Love Songs, and there will be a new track for the disc called “Nuclear,” which the girls worked on with producer Pharrell Williams.

“Nuclear” is the group's first tune since 2004, and was co-written by Pharrell, Michelle Williams, James Fauntleroy and Lonny Bereal. The rest of the tracks on Destiny’s Child – Love Songs are “career-spanning collection of the most sensual and romantic recordings from the best-selling vocal group” that is “comprised mainly of romantic gems recorded between 1997 and 2004," according to a press release.
