Jason Segel departed JFK airport Sunday after spending quality time with girlfriend Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda in the Big Apple, and the How I Met Your Mother star seemed in a cheery mood despite having to leave his ladies behind!

The A-list couple recently returned from a Mexican vacation with the Oscar-nominated actress's pal Busy Phillips, and even though they were accompanied by friends, we were kind of expecting the blonde beauty to come back from the holiday with a ring on her finger. The I Love You, Man actor seems to have found The One in the Dawson's Creek star, and has assumed the role of father figure in her little girl's life.

We think it's only a matter of time before we hear wedding bells!

Matt Dallas has officially come out as a gay man, and last night he announced on Twitter that he is engaged!

“Starting off the year with a new fiance, Blue Hamilton. A great way to kick off 2013!” the 30-year-old actor tweeted, along with a picture of his beau lounging on the couch with their dog.

Dallas is best known for his breakout role on ABC Family's Kyle XY while Blue is a Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter.

The two have been dating since 2009, and Dallas was previously linked to Mean Girls hottie Jonathan Bennett.

Lindsay Lohan was due to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court today to face a misdemeanor assault charge for allegedly punching psychic Tiffany Mitchell at N.Y.C. club Avenue on November 29, but prosecutors announced they weren’t ready to charge Lohan with anything.

According to Lohan's attorney Mark Heller, the defense team has since drawn up some "very credible evidence and testimony" that would weaken Mitchell's case, including a statement from a witness that Lohan "did absolutely nothing wrong [and] had made no contact with the alleged victim."

“It was not [Lindsay's] intention to get into any type of an aggressive situation,” Heller told reporters outside the courthouse. “She was relaxing and she was literally accosted by various individuals who were pursuing her to read her fortune and to take pictures of her and she politely asked to be left alone." Heller noted that it was Mitchell and her entourage who “became very aggressive."

"It may very well be this case does not move forward...ironically a psychic fortune teller has predicted the year 2013 will be an extremely lucky year for Lindsay Lohan," Heller added.

Lohan will not be required in court for the psychic assault case until formal papers have been filed.
