The 35-year-old actor has since been back in town from filming his latest flick Zulu amid rumors of a split between him and wife Miranda Kerr, which has since heated up again after the Victoria's Secret model tweeted picture on New Year's Eve without her wedding ring.

The pair did spend the holidays together along with their son Flynn so it seems to be a false alarm. Let's hope so, they're a great couple!
