Sofia Vergara's fiance Nick Loeb was thrown out of Miami Beach club Story on New Year's Eve after getting into a "heated argument," according to the NY Post.

The party was held by club owner Chris Paciello, who previously dated Vergara.

Page Six has the following details:

"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends. In the early hours, Nick and Sofia were arguing before he got into a dispute with somebody at a neighboring table. Some pushing and shoving started."

Loeb reportedly got mad that Sofia posed for a photo with a stranger at the club.

A witness goes on to tell the NY Post:

"Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy."

Vergara and Loeb got engaged last July. A rep for the Modern Family star has yet to issue a statement.

Police are still investigating the death of a young photographer who was struck by an oncoming car Tuesday evening just after 6pm while snapping photos of Justin Bieber's white Ferrari.

CHP confirm to an X17 videographer that the "elderly lady" who struck the paparazzo was "shaken up" following the accident.

The officer goes on to say, "The gentleman that is deceased was taking pictures."

According to CHP, the photographer had finished taking photos of Bieber's car and was attempting to run across the street when he was struck.

Although Bieber was not in the car or at the scene, the 18-year-old performer released the following statement:

"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

The photographer's name has not been released.
