Talk about a modern family!

Denise Richards' dad Herb spent the day with Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen's twins Bob and Max, and although some people would think it was a little strange that the father of Sheen's ex-wife was looking after grandchildren that are not his own, we think it's wonderful of him to have such a big heart!

Denise has taken the boys under her wing while Brooke Mueller is in rehab, and we have to hand it to her for being such a stabilizing force in these little ones lives! Mueller is currently undergoing her 19th stint in a treatment facility, and this is the second time she has left the toddlers with the Wild Things actress.

At least the boys are in good hands!

Britney Spears was the top earning female in music this year, raking in an estimated $58 million in just 12 months, according to Forbes.

But the craziest thing is, Britney didn't even release a new album or go on tour in the last year! Most of the 30-year-old pop superstar's earnings came from her Femme Fatale tour that grossed $68.7 million worldwide, followed by her Femme Fatale album, which was released in 2011. In addition to her music, Britney brought in some extra cash with her Elizabeth Arden fragrance line and her $15 million deal with The X Factor.

22-year-old Taylor Swift came in second place with $57 million from her tour and endorsement deals with Sony and CoverGirl, which Rihanna snagged the number three spot with $53 million. Lady Gaga fell from the number one spot to number four with $52 million and Katy Perry was number five with $45 million. Other top female earners included Madonna, who earned $30 million, Beyonce, who brought in $40 million and British star Sade with $33 million.

Nominations for the 70th Annual Golden Globes were announced bright and early this morning, and not surprisingly, Ben Affleck's Argo led the pack with five nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay.

Django Unchained nabbed five nominations as well, including a Best Director nod for Quentin Tarantino, along with Best Supporting Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio. Les Miserables snagged four nominations, including a Best Supporting Actress nod for Anne Hathaway. Looks like her weight loss and super short haircut were worth it! But is this an indication of who will be nominated for Oscar gold next month?

Amy Poehler and Tina Fey will host the awards show, which airs on Sunday January 13 on NBC.

Megan Fox struck a pose at the Los Angeles premiere of This Is 40 last night, and she looked stunning in a deep red Roland Mouret dress.

While the 26-year-old actress is still one of the hottest women on the planet, she admits that motherhood has changed her when it comes to picking film roles. "It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby," Fox told recently told The Mirror. "I'm going to be more cautious about choosing films because I'm already thinking about when he's in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he's going to be horrified."

Way to stick together girls!

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian continued their sisterly love fest in Miami Wednesday as the two did a little daytime shopping at their DASH store while wearing similar structured peplum skirts. Coordination is key!

Kim opted for a sexy leather version with a black midriff-baring crop top while Kourtney kept her version more clean and colorful. They're doing just about everything together these days, and quite fashionable if we might add!

Sean Penn's been divorced from ex-wife Robin Wright for almost three years now, but it seems as if time hasn't healed all wounds for the two-time Oscar winner.

"There is no shame in saying that we all want to be loved by someone. As I look back over my life in romance, I don't feel I've ever had that," the 52-year-old Gangster Squad actor shared in the latest issue of Esquire. "I have been the only one that was unaware of the fraud in a few of these circumstances blindly."

Penn was married to Wright from 1996 to 2010 but claimed to have learned the truth about their marriage after it was over.

"When you get divorced, all the truths come out, you sit there and go, 'What the f--- was I doing? What was I doing believing that this person was invested in this way?' Which is a fantastically strong humiliation in the best sense," he added. "It can make somebody very bitter and very hard and closed off, but I find it does the opposite to me."

Despite his bleak feelings through that period, which included his son Hopper's skateboarding accident, Penn said that his actions in Haiti helped put things in perspective.

"The road started with the most obvious kind of trauma -- my son's head -- and then to get to a place that had been just so devastated and traumatized, and then to see that in fact most of the trauma actually predated the earthquake," the co-founder of J/P Haitian Relief Organization said. "You had a country that had never experienced anything that related to comfort, and out of that you had great trauma -- but also this great strength that, I think, we all benefited from."

Her post-pregnancy workouts are paying off!

On Wednesday, Hilary Duff showed that she can fit in more than just her skinny jeans nowadays as she rocked a tight pair of black leather pants, black boots and a cute red sweater while out with her son Luca in Studio City.

The 25-year-old actress appeared to be out and about doing some shopping with her nanny in tow on the chilly Los Angeles day. Glad to see it wasn't cold enough for her to strut around in shrinking figure!

Searching for a dream home must really make you hungry!

Pregnant Jessica Simpson, fiance Eric Johnson and mom Tina were out in Hidden Hills today checking out real estate, and the pregnant singer decided a lunch date at Kings Fish House was the perfect idea after exhausting herself looking for a bigger home for her growing brood!

Although she has yet to confirm baby #2 is on the way, the fashion mogul dressed like she has a baby bump to hide in a loose fitting black sweater, leggings, and furry boots. The dead giveaway that she's got a bun in the oven is the age old purse in front of the belly trick!

Just the other day, the blonde bombshell was prowling around the Pacific Palisades looking for a posh pad, so it looks like she hasn't made up her mind about what neighborhood she wants to settle into!
