This is such good news!

Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Mueller is cancer free after undergoing a thyroidectomy.

"I just got the results back from all my tests and great news - the thyroid cancer has been removed from my body and all my lymph nodes are clear. So I'm hoping that this is the end of the story. Woohoo!!! And thank GOD!" she wrote on her blog.

After undergoing the procedure on Dec. 6, the mother-of-four has found unexpected joy in her recovery.

"It's so out of the ordinary for me - to not be working or rushing from place to place driving the kids around. But I have to admit I could kinda get used to this... In a weird way, it's kind of the perfect ending to a very busy year. I've taken the rest of the year off to recover and catch up with my family and now we're just celebrating life," she added.

Benji Madden attended the I Heart Ronson holiday party at The Bungalow in Santa Monica on Tuesday night, and while lady love Eliza Doolittle wasn't present, the Good Charlotte rocker still had a blast hanging with the Ronson sisters and Rashida Jones.

The other day Benji tweeted, "Girls- Stop puttin your self down& stop believin guys when they do- don't accept less than you deserve - Luv u girls xo." Since when did the tatted up musician become a relationship expert?

Ariel Winter's father Glenn Workman has been given temporary control of her finances, and according to the agreement determined in today's settlement, her mother Chrisoula will not have any involvement in her acting career.

Last month the 14-year-old Modern Family actress was removed from her mother's custody due to physical and emotional abuse allegations, and her sister Shanelle Gray is her current guardian.

Winter will continue living with her sister until March, at which point the situation will be re-evaluated by a judge.

Both parents agreed to undergo counseling with Winter and Gray to try to seek a long-term reunification, and though Workman is estranged from his wife, he stated that he would be willing to care for his daughter.

She's single, she's hot and she's on a hit show, so why not?

"It was obviously an unfortunate incident," she said. "It kind of made me sad on two accounts. One was that I was very sad that we live in an age when someone takes a picture of another person in a vulnerable moment and rather than delete it, and do the decent thing, sells it. And I’m sorry that we live in a culture that commodifies sexuality of unwilling participants, which brings us back to 'Les Mis,' that's what my character is, she is someone who is forced to sell sex to benefit her child because she has nothing and there's no social safety net."

She's one step closer to the slammer!

Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked this morning by a judge, and a hearing has now been set to determine her fate.

The troubled actress wasn't present, but her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appeared in court when the Liz & Dick star was arraigned on charges that she lied to cops and drove recklessly in her June car crash on the PCH highway in Santa Monica.

Lilo's probation stemming from her jewelry theft case is likely to be yanked, which could land her in jail for up to 245 days. Yikes!

A sources tells X17online exclusively:

"Her arraignment has been continued to January 15, 2013. A date for the probation violation hearing will be set at that time. She does not have to appear on the January 15th date. Probation was revoked which stops the clock on her sentence."

The only thing the rehabbed redhead has going for her is that the Commissioner doesn't favor sending people to the pokey, so for Lindsay's sake let's hope she doesn't suddenly have a change of heart!

Besides, this whole being locked up thing is really going to put a damper on her budding relationship with boy band beau Max George!

Drew Barrymore is showing off her baby girl Olive in the newest issue of People, and we can't believe how much the little one looks like her mama!

The Big Miracle actress admits that becoming a mother has been the happiest but most nerve racking time of her life.

"I couldn't eat or sleep for two weeks, I was just so nervous!" she revealed, adding, "You have the highest of highs and yet you're facing the biggest fear of, 'How do I keep someone alive?'"

For the former wild child, it has been a long road to stability and a happy home life, and that's something she couldn't be happier she's providing for her own offspring.

"I really wanted a wonderful traditional home for my kid. Will comes from a strong family, he provides a strong family... It just makes me so emotional because it's like a miracle," she gushed.

She sounds like she was truly made for motherhood!
