Just days after she was released from London's King Edward VII Hospital, Kate Middleton experienced another bout with acute morning sickness, forcing Prince William to cancel a Sunday event to remain by her side.

"The Duke of Cambridge will no longer attend the British Military Tournament at Earl's Court this evening, but will spend Sunday privately with the Duchess instead," the rep from the palace said in a statement. "It is well known that hyperemesis gravidarum often recurs and, until further notice, to allow the Duchess a degree of privacy during her pregnancy, we do not intend to offer regular condition checks or advise of routine developments associated with it."

The 30-year-old Duchess and her hubby had just announced her pregnancy last week and had checking into the hospital during her first foray with morning sickness.

Britney's boys seem to have inherited her love for the 'Bucks!

Yesterday Britney Spears was spotted leaving Starbucks with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, and both of the boys slurped on small frosty beverages. They're just 6 and 7 years old, but don't worry -- Brit's not pumping them full of caffeine just yet! The retailer does have kid-friendly versions of their best-selling coffee and espresso drinks.

After their coffee run, the pop star took her boys to the California Music Academy in Calabasas, but rather than getting out of the car and checking it out for themselves, fiance Jason Trawick ran inside to grab some paperwork. Looks like a love for Starbucks isn't the only thing that runs in the Spears family -- seems like the boys might have the same musical chops as their mommy!

Jessica Alba ran errands with daughters Honor and Haven on Saturday, but not before grabbing some grub at Le Pain Quotidien in West Hollywood.

While Jess has been busy preparing for Sin City 2 and working on her own business venture, The Honest Company, she still has plenty of time to teach her little girls manners.

"I want my 4-year-old to know please, thank you, and hello in every language," Alba recently told the ladies on The View. "So I drill it into her head everywhere we go. She learns it and she's really polite about it." Judging from how happy she is whenever we see her, it sounds like Jess has her well trained!

King Edward VII hospital has written a scathing letter to 2DayFM, the Australian radio station who prank called Kate Middleton's nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who was later found dead of an apparent suicide on December 7.

In the letter, hospital chairman Lord Glenarthur states, "I am writing to protest in the strongest possible terms about the hoax call made from your radio station. It was extremely foolish of your presenters even to consider trying to lie their way through to one of our patients ... That the call had been pre-recorded and the decision to transmit approved by your station's management was truly appalling."

"The immediate consequence of these premeditated and ill-considered actions was the humiliation of two dedicated and caring nurses who were simply doing their job tending to their patients," Glenarthur continues. "The longer term consequence has been reported around the world and is, frankly, tragic beyond words. I appreciate that you cannot undo the damage which has been done but I would urge you to take steps to ensure that such an incident could never be repeated."

On December 4, 2DayFM DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian called the hospital pretending to be Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth, and Saldanha, who had been caring for Middleton during her stay, fell for the prank. Saldanha then passed them on to another nurse, who gave away confidential details about the pregnant Duchess. Just three days later, Saldanha was found dead, and authorities suspect that she took her own life.

2DayFM owner Rhys Holleran spoke out about the incident and said that the DJs involved were "completely shattered" over Saldanha's death. "These people aren't machines, they're human beings," he said. "What happened is incredibly tragic, and we're deeply saddened and incredibly affected by that ... No one could have reasonably foreseen what ended up being an incredibly tragic day."

After the news broke that Saldanha had died, the royal family released the following statement: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Jacintha Saldanha," Kate and Prince William,, both 30, said in an earlier statement. "Their Royal Highnesses were looked after so wonderfully well at all times by everybody at King Edward VII Hospital, and their thoughts and prayers are with Jacintha Saldanha's family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time."

No, she's not going to an ugly sweater party ... but she does look excited to get to work this evening!

Katie Holmes was snapped in New York City on Saturday, and today was a double day for her, as she has both a 2pm and an 8pm performance of the play Dead Accounts. While it hasn't been getting the best reviews, at least the production hasn't gotten shut down!

Chaplin, The Anarachist and Kathie Lee Gifford’s Scandalous have all received closing notices, mostly due to low ticket sales. A Broadway source tells NYDN's Confidenti@l that the play only made it to the stage because Holmes agreed to star, and "now its future rests entirely on her shoulders." The insider added, “Katie is a curiosity. She is not a Broadway actress. But I don’t believe that anyone will pull the rug out on her. I don’t believe Katie’s team would stand for it.”

Christina Aguilera and beau Matt Rutler took her son Max to karate class on Saturday, and while the pop diva wasn't all that thrilled, her little boy couldn't contain his excitement. What a cutie!

While Xtina wasn't in the best mood today, Ellen DeGeneres made her crack a smile the other day when she asked about her co-stars on The Voice ... specifically Cee Lo Green's apparent problem with flatulence. The singer, who turns 32 on December 18, told Ellen, "[I'm sitting] between Blake and Cee Lo with his gas over there ... That's why I have the fan, you know." Xtina quickly added, "I love you Cee Lo. Don't be mad. Everybody knows."

Oh, like she never toots? Come on...
