It's official! The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their first baby.

Prince William and Kate Middleton confirmed the news via their personal website. The following statement was just released:

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news. The Duchess was admitted this afternoon to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London with Hyperemesis Gravidarum."

Kate is currently in the hospital experiencing morning sickness.

After a whirlwind tour of Italy with boyfriend Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis is back in Rome for the Artists For Justice And Peace event with James Franco and Paul Haggis.

The director and former Scientologist founded the group, whose mission, according to the organization's web site, is "to encourage peace and social justice and address issues of poverty and enfranchisement in communities around the world. The organization’s immediate goal is to build schools to serve the poorest areas of Haiti, providing an education, hot meals, clean drinking water and regular medical treatments to the children living in the slums."

Last night's event in Italy's capital feted the group's collaboration with Vhernier Jewelers to support the "A Ring to Educate a Child" campaign. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the group's programs in Haiti.

Quite a long flight for a fundraiser ... but good work for a good cause, Mila! Wonder where Ashton was ...
