Lindsay Lohan was arrested at 4am this morning in New York for allegedly hitting a woman at Club Avenue, according to TMZ.

The report claims Lindsay and a fellow club patron started fighting, verbally, and then the conflict got physical. The two were sitting in separate booths next to each other when Lindsay reportedly told the woman: "Give me my space." She then punched the woman.

As Lindsay was taken away in handcuffs, she kept repeating, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?" according to the report.

Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and released. She was issued a desk appearance ticket for a future court date.

Meanwhile, back in LA, Lindsay's facing more legal trouble for allegedly lying to cops about her June car accident on PCH. She told police she wasn't behind the wheel when the crash occurred ... not true! So now Lilo's racked up TWO potential probation violations!




Gabriel Aubry opted for some large aviator glasses to cover his huge black eye today for a meeting with his attorney. The model will definitely be out of work for a bit while the injuries are healing after his Thanksgiving Day brawl with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez.

Aubry will be able to see his daughter Nahla again when the emergency restraining order expires tomorrow.

Berry and Martinez spent 3 hours at their attorney's office Tuesday night, formulating their plan of action. It is believed they'll try to extend the order against Aubry and block all his visitation with Nahla.

Meanwhile, a hearing is set for Dec 17, when a judge will decide whether a three-year restraining order should be granted against Martinez.

Even though the temperatures in New York are in the 30s, Miranda Kerr heated things up in a pair of sexy leather shorts on Wednesday evening. She's definitely a knockout from head to toe, and she certainly loves showing off her long legs! (Oh, and we take back our comment that the Aussie beauty never wears the same outfit twice -- she was snapped in this same green Acne sweater last week too!)

In other news, Miranda has dismissed reports she is expecting her second child with hubby Orlando Bloom after someone logged onto her Twitter account and posted that she was preggers. After regaining control of her page, she tweeted, “Someone hacked my account. It’s ridiculous! I am not pregnant!!!!”

On Wednesday Gwen Stefani took her son Zuma to the park for a playdate, and we're not sure why he's dressed like a racecar driver, but he sure is adorable! And their Pomeranian pup? So cute!

While tongues were wagging yesterday after a photo surfaced of Gwen's hubby Gavin Rossdale seemingly touching their nanny's derriere during a hike, it looks like there is no cause for alarm. "He is not having an affair with his nanny," a source told E!'s Marc Malkin. "He's with her and the kids in a photo. It's harmless."

Ben Affleck covers Entertainment Weekly's Entertainer of the Year issue, and not surprisingly, the Argo actor/director has been honored with the title this year.

Despite the critical and commercial success of the film, Ben had his doubts before it hit theaters. "I had very low expectations for Argo‘s performance," he tells EW. "I just hoped that over time people would find the movie. Also, being at a place in my life and my career where I know what I’m trying to do, it’s different than being 26. When you’re younger and have the early success that I had — it sounds like the worst Hallmark cliche — but I didn’t have anyone to share it with. I don’t mean I wanted someone to sit by the fire with. But when you have a family and children, you kind of see yourself reflected in them. The Duchess chose to wear a pale pink MaxMara Belli overcoat, and although the weather was chilly, was there another reason she was all covered up?

According to reports, Wills and Kate are expecting their first child, and are set to make an announcement sometime in December.

So what kind of parents will these two be?

"William is much like Diana and will definitely be a hands-on dad and not rely heavily on nannies to raise his and Catherine's children. They both try to be as normal as possible in their private lives, and that of course is going to continue when they have children," a source tells Life & Style.
