In case you've been missing Amanda Bynes on the social media circuit, fear not ... she's baaaack!

Over the weekend the 26-year-old starlet tweeted, "My phone got taken twice but I got it back & am waiting to get reverified. I love my fans! Xox Follow me on instagram I'm amandabynes4386 :)." So what's she posting on her IG account? Cell phone snaps of her wearing a turban and black lipstick, naturally!

Bynes tweeted the shot above and wrote, "Bout to get my nails done. :D What color should I get? I want to go long and pointy," later adding, "What up doe," and "Love my turban." While we're not going to criticize her choice in headwear, we are a little worried about the message she's sending to all 4,000 of her followers, as she also tweeted a shot of her super skinny legs and wrote, "Losing weight is hard to do! I love jeans with sexy holes, mine are from Current Elliot :D."

After a handful of car accidents and run-ins with the law in California, Bynes jetted off to New York to pursue a fashion career earlier this fall, but the drama continued. Though Bynes denied it, it was reported that she walked around naked at a N.Y.C. tanning salon, and she allegedly locked herself in the bathroom of a bakery in the Big Apple for nearly an hour back in September.

Britney Spears and Will.i.am's new music video for "Scream and Shout" was supposed to premiere last Thursday, and though the full-length video will debut on The X Factor on Wednesday, the stars have released a sneak peek at the vid in this promo clip. Hopefully they'll release another one in the next 48 hours!

The track is from Will's forthcoming solo album, #willpower, which also features collaborations with Justin Bieber and Ne-Yo, among others. "I just saw the final video for #screamANDshout," Will tweeted over the weekend. "I'm so happy and excited for everyone to see it...this week is going to be a good week."

Miley Cyrus was gifted a pet pig named Nora by PETA for her 20th birthday, after the Hannah Montana star told Ellen how much she loves the farm animal during an appearance on her talk show.

The animal rights organization will sponsor Nora in Miley's honor at the Kindred Spirits Sanctuary in Ocala, Florida.

"PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals. From promoting animal adoption to speaking up for cows who suffer on dairy farms, Miley never stops letting her millions of fans know what they can do to make the world a kinder place," president Tracy Reiman said in a statement.

We have a feeling that will be the most pampered pig in the pen!

Demi Lovato got a new tattoo over the weekend from none other than reality star Kat Von D. "Thank you so much @thekatvond for my new ink!! I think it's beautiful and I love it!!" Demi tweeted this morning.

The 20-year-old starlet got 12 birds next to the “faith” tattoo on her forearm, and we've almost lost count of how much ink she has! Demi has the words “stay” and “strong” tattooed on her wrists and “Let go” and “Let God” on her feet, along with a cross on her hand, lips on her wrist, “You make me beautiful” on her side, a feather behind her ear, feathers on her side, and "Peace” and “Rock N Roll” on her fingers. Whew! She's giving Rihanna and Miley a run for their money!

Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez looked somber this morning, arriving home from a weekend in Malibu.

Following the Thanksgiving Day fight that left Halle's ex with a black eye at the hands of her fiance, Martinez, the couple is reportedly seeking an extension of the emergency restraining order issued by a judge over the weekend.

Nahla's dad was charged with battery and taken into custody, then slapped with a restraining order which requires him to stay at least 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla, and Martinez until December 3. Aubry's due back in court on battery charges Thursday, Dec 13.

Troubled stars must have each other's backs!

Charlie Sheen reportedly wrote an $100,000 check to Lindsay Lohan so that the Liz & Dick actress could pay off her tax debt, and the Anger Management star did it all out of the goodness of his own heart!

The two became friends after bonding on the set of Scary Movie 5 back in September, and during that time Lilo revealed to the infamous Hollywood bad boy that she was dealing with ongoing tax problems, which is when Charlie offered to help bail her out of $233,904 in unpaid taxes from 2009 and 2010.

Although our favorite redhead politely refused his good gesture, the former Two and a Half Men star went ahead and ponied up the cash anyway. The Mean Girls star's business manager received a huge check in the mail last week, and the actress was so blown away by Mr. Sheen's generosity that she immediately put the money to good use and paid the IRS.

Justin Bieber sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a no-holds-barred interview about his love life with Selena Gomez.

The teen sensation, who appeared on Oprah's Next Chapter, said the following about Selena:

“I am all about genuine people, and I feel like she’s just one of the most genuine people. She just has a good heart. And I can talk to her about anything. I never make her separate from me because I don’t ever want her to feel like I’m ashamed with her."

Bieber, who tells Oprah "I really don't have a lot of friends," adds that he loves Crunch Berries cereal or Frosted Mini-Wheats. Adorbs!

Rihanna arrived back at her London hotel today, and the "Diamonds" singer looks as if she raided her rumored beau Chris Brown's closet! The pop star donned neon sneakers, a beanie, and an oversized jean shirt, and although we're not big fans of her top, at least she was wearing one this time!

Just last night, the Barbadian beauty tweeted the below photo of herself, in which she stands topless in her hotel room, with the caption, "#LondonNightLife."

As if one shirtless pic wasn't enough, over the weekend the pop princess took a pic of Chris Brown laying on a bed in nothing but boxers and jeans.

It looks like the only place we're going to see photos of Breezy is on his lady love's Twitter page, as he deactivated his account early this morning following a bitter war of words with comedy writer Jenny Johnson.
