Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have won a lawsuit filed by their former assistant at Chateau Miraval, X17online can report exclusively.

Ana Luisa Charlotiaux was hired as a part-time employee in 2008, but she was fired in February of 2010 for her frequent absences, which Brad and Angelina's legal team claimed "disrupted their business function at Chateau Miraval."

Charlotiaux, who is bi-lingual, was one of the four assistants on staff (there were 18 salaried employees total), and her duties included handling mail and phone calls. She worked at the estate before Brad and Angelina moved in, so they acquired her from the previous owners.

Charlotiaux filed a suit for wrongful termination, and though the lawsuit was thrown out, she hasn't given up yet, as she is reportedly set to appeal the judge's decision.

Despite the win, Brad and Angelina's attorneys petitioned the court to fine Charlotiaux 5,000 Euros for filing a "frivolous lawsuit" but their request was denied.

Miley shows the girls her engagement ring and talks wedding details, and the little girls even offer to be her bridesmaids!

Miley revealed that gold is her favorite color, and when asked what her wedding dress will look like, she told Sophia Grace, "I'm going to guess something much like yours. Like you have on now. A little frill, maybe no color. Probably just white, but something you know, poufy. We got to have the pouf, you know so you look real small here (pointing at her waist) and then all pouf."

Lana Del Rey stopped by BBC Radio One Studios in London on Tuesday, and the singer opened up about her music video "Ride" and how she likes "experienced" men!

"[We filmed "Ride"] in Las Vegas and so I got to tell one side of my story that way," Lana said. "Does that involve snogging and caressing older men? Yes that's my style! No, not really, but I do love men who have experienced a lot of life and who have known and done it all. The men in the video were Las Vegas natives and it was fun to have them on board."

Lana continued, "Filming "Ride" was one of the best experiences of my life. We went to the desert in Vegas, I had my sister with me and we spent two days together riding on motorbikes through Nevada with this crew who do that all the time. It was exciting for them too, to show the world what their lives are really like. It was two long days but I loved everything we got from it."

Yesterday Lana tweeted a pic pf her new album cover and wrote, "Thank you MTV for awarding us best alternative band. F*cking honored. The new Record is out today ... THANK YOU DANIEL HEATH, JUSTIN PARKER, EMILE HAYNIE, RICK NOWELS, TIM LARCOMBE AND RICK RUBIN FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL RECORD."

Our favorite item of the outfit, though, was definitely her pastel blue Prada bag, which gave the ensemble just a slight pop of color.

The 29-year-old lingerie model strutted her stuff down the runway just last week for the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show, but clearly she wastes no time getting back to work. What we would give to be a fly on the wall of a meeting between Miss Kerr and the legendary Anna Wintour!

Bradley Cooper attended the premiere of his new movie, Silver Linings Playbook, in New York City last night, but not before taking photos with a crowd of excited fans!

The movie is about Pat (Cooper), a teacher who moves back in with his parents after being discharged from a mental institution. While trying to reconcile with his ex-wife, he meets Tiffany (played by Jennifer Lawrence), "a mysterious girl with problems of her own." The film hits theaters on November 21 ... can't wait!

Although she's sporting a super thin frame, the 27-year-old actress is denying anorexia rumors.

"The anorexic stuff -- all of that -- it's always going to have an impact, so I think it did hit pretty hard. Because you go, 'Oh, maybe that's right!' I knew I wasn't anorexic, but maybe my body is somehow not right. Or my face is not right. Or the way I speak is not right.

When you're going through a period where you're really getting a lot of criticism, you go, 'Maybe all this is right! You just kind of want to hide it all.'"

As for nude scenes in films, Keira adds, "I'm quite rigorous about what gets exposed. No bottom half! I don't mind exposing my t*ts because they're so small -- people really aren't that interested."
