After dating for almost two years, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have officially broken up.

Multiple sources have confirmed the split occurred last week due to their hectic schedules and constant time apart. Some have even reported alleged trust issues on Selena's part.

The 18-year-old pop phenom and the Disney actress went public with their relationship back in February 2011 at the Vanity Fair Oscar party, which led to Gomez receiving instant backlash from Bieber's huge fan base.

"It's hard," Gomez said regarding the ire she received. "It hurts, it really does. I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong. I've been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot but I try not to focus on it. I have a strong family and great fans."

A judge for the LA Superior Family Court just ruled that Halle Berry will not be able to move daughter Nahla to France as she had requested. The decision comes after months of intense court proceedings between the Oscar winner and Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry, who argued the toddler should remain in L.A. where he can enjoy regular visitation.

Berry claimed that invasive paparazzi were a significant threat to her child's safety, and that fiance Olivier Martinez's native France was a safer permanent residence due to the country's strict anti-harassment laws.

The engaged star was ordered to pay $20,000 a month in child support to her ex back in July, so this latest decision is another victory for Mr. Aubry!

Now that the decision has been made, hopefully the former flames can amicably co-parent their little girl!

After months of courtroom battling with her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry may be minutes away from getting a decision from the judge in her highly-anticipated custody petition.

The Oscar winner is on her way to the LA Superior Family Court right now, and it is expected that the judge will issue a decision in the next few hours, either giving Berry to right to take daughter Nahla to France (her fiance Olivier Martinez's home) or requiring her to stay close to home so Aubry can still have convenient visitation.

Halle has been battling Aubry for custody of their daughter Nahla since the two split, arguing to the court that the paparazzi are a significant threat to her daughter's safety and she should be allowed to move to France with the 4-year-old.

Her attorneys claim it's in Nahla's best interest to live in France, where it's a crime to harass celebrities in public -- despite the fact her biological father is based in Los Angeles.
