Brooke Burke-Charvet posted a video on her ModernMom.com blog today and revealed that she has thyroid cancer.

Last July, the Dancing With the Stars co-host had told fans that doctors found a nodule on her thyroid, but after further testing it was determined that she has cancer.

"Long story ... I got my results back and they were not good, and I need to have thyroid surgery and have a thyroidectomy, which means that I'm going to have a nice big scar right here across my neck," she revealed in her vlog. "And I don't get to just walk around and pretend like nothing happened and not follow up and not share it because it's gonna be pretty much dead center."

"Here's the way that I see it: I'm just going to make a positive out of this negative thing," she continues. "I'm going to be a really good patient and I'm gonna do everything I need to do."

Brooke later wrote on Twitter, "I'm feeling the love today from friends, family, #DWTS, tweeties, fans. You warm my heart. I'm feeling good Thank you from down deep xoxo," she tweeted. "I was scared to get on twitter and hear what people are saying.....now I can breathe easy. Thank you for your support."

I think it would be very bizarre to live in a big mansion by myself.”

Miley's father Billy Ray Cyrus recently told Us Weekly his daughter was planning three ceremonies, but the blonde beauty shot down those claims on Ellen yesterday, telling the talk show host, "There's some rumor going around that I'm having, like, 47 weddings. I'm not. I'm having one wedding. That's my day and whatever I want on that day will be about me and that moment."

Now we know when that magical moment is!

Robert Pattinson appeared on The Today Show this morning to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, and while the 26-year-old actor comes across as charming and cute in the first half of the interview, he got a bit snippy when co-anchor Savannah Guthrie asked about his reunion with girlfriend Kristen Stewart!

After joking about his eyebrows and chatting about how much he'll miss his co-stars, Guthrie switched the topic to Pattinson's personal life. "So yesterday I asked Kristen if you two had gotten back together," she said, noting that Stewart had avoided the question during her interview. "So now I want to ask you." (K. Stew told the host the other day, "I'm going to just let people watch whatever little movie they think our lives are. Keep 'em guessing, I always say.")

Pattinson's response? "I want to ask, because we get asked it all the time. Who is actually asking? Is it in your contract?" Guthrie then asked, "Does it get annoying? Is it a high price to pay? You've gotten these films, it's made you incredibly famous, there's been so much good with it -- but it is personal now."

Rob laughed and said, "It doesn't have to be. I could just sit here and talk nonsense about...getting old, needing a nap." Watch the awkward interview above!
