Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara hit the gym in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and she showed off her incredible figure in a pair of bright blue spandex.

In other news, Sofia's 14-year-old co-star Ariel Winter has been removed from her mother's custody, and Winter's sister, Shanelle Gray, is petitioning to become her permanent guardian, according to court documents.

Winter's mother, Chrisoula Workman, is being accused of physically and emotionally abusing her daughter, and Gray wants to prevent Workman from accessing Winter's bank accounts and estimated $500,000 estate.

When asked about the allegations, Workman told E! News, "I want to say the horrible, untrue accusations are false and ridiculous. I have my doctor's letter that my daughter's never been abused...I have stylists' letters that she's never been abused."

When asked about her young co-star, Sofia had no comment on the matter...

Miley Cyrus makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, and not only do the ladies joke about Miley's hair (the starlet quipped that it's "eco friendly" because it cuts down on her shower time), but they talk all about wedding plans!

When asked about walking down the aisle with fiance Liam Hemsworth, Miley told the talk show host that she's in no rush. "I'm like so focused on my record," she said. "I kind of don’t want to be in between touring a trying to plan all that. Because I didn’t really realize until I got a wedding planning book what you have to decide on. Like, I don’t care what color the napkins are to be honest. I really don’t care. So it’s a lot of weird detail. I don’t want to be doing too much and be crazy and forget about the moment of it all.

So what about her wedding playlist? Miley said, "It has to be perfect. It has to be like a soundtrack in a movie. That’s the one day that movie crap is real. That romance. That look is the time that you get that … I’ve been too probably 10, 20 weddings and I’ve seen that real look 5, 6 times. It’s rare that people just stop to really look the person in the eye and know that this is your life together. It’s important and your wedding was perfect with that look. That’s why I always fight for who ever wants to get married can get married. Because that look doesn’t come with gender." Well put!
