Sharon Osbourne hit up Madeo in Hollywood last night with friends, and The Talk host seems completely recovered from her recent surgery. We're so happy she's healthy!

The reality TV matriarch just revealed that she underwent a preventative double mastectomy after finding out that she was genetically predisposed to breast cancer. Although many women opt for plastic surgery after the often traumatic procedure, Ozzy's wife has sworn off having any cosmetic work done.

"No more, because I was looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight, and in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one.' So I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse,'" she shared on her talk show Monday.

Amber Rose and a pal went for a stroll in Hollywood on Tuesday, and the 29-year-old starlet showed off her newly dyed hair and her giant baby bump.

No word on when she's due or whether it's a boy or a girl, but Amber did reveal in the October/November issue of XXL magazine that she wants to give birth naturally. "I'm so ready. I'm going all-natural," she says. "I've decided that I'm going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights! The next time [fiance Wiz Khalifa] has a stomachache or anything, I'll say, 'I popped out a baby all-natural.'"

Scarlett Johansson opted for some new body art last week in Paris, commissioning French tattoo artist Fuzi Uvtpk to etch a horseshoe with the words "Lucky You" on her ribcage.

The Hitchcock actress recently attended an exhibition of the artist's work at Le Salon and decided to add to her collection, which includes a rosary on her wrist, a sea design on her arm, and two intertwined circles on her ankle.

Although she prefers the meaning behind her tattoos remain "private," she allowed Uvtpk to photograph his masterpiece and show it off on his website.

We're bet she's glad she never got an "I love Ryan Reynolds" tat!
