Reports have surfaced that Joe Simpson, Jessica Simpson's father, has been allegedly having an affair with an aspiring 21-year-old male model.

A source recently told Radar Online that Joe and Bryce Chandler Hill have been dating on and off for about a year since being introduced by a mutual friend who is close to his famous offspring Jessica and Ashlee Simpson.

"Jessica had absolutely no clue that her father was gay, not even the slightest inkling," the source said. "She thinks she has very good gaydar, especially since a lot of her friends are gay, but she did not see this coming at all."

The source added that despite what she has learned, Jessica's going to stand by him and support his decision. "After all, he’s still her father and Joe’s always been there for Jessica whenever she’s needed him," the source said. "And not just as a father, but as her manager too."

The allegations arrive just days after the 54-year-old and wife of 34 years Tina Simpson filed for divorce, adding fuel to the speculation. The pair reportedly split earlier this year and have put their Los Angeles home up for sale.

"It's a very new thing and not serious yet, but who knows where it will go? Jenny lives in Chicago full-time now, but is back and forth a lot to shoot her show here, and so her and Pascal see each other whenever they can. Justin Timberlake is not amused by his friend's "joke" video which stars homeless people in downtown L.A.

JT's pal, realtor Justin Huchel, sent the video entitled "Greetings from Your Hollywood Friends Who Just Couldn't Make It," as a wedding gift to the "Sexyback" singer and his new wife, Jessica Biel.

Timberlake posted the following open letter:

"I am (by nature) a pretty private person. So, I don't really take it upon myself to comment on things that so often go misunderstood or something that has even shed any kind of dark light on what was and will always be one of the most special weeks of my life," the Trouble with the Curve star writes. "But, in light of the recent events, I can't fight the urge to clarify my thoughts and feelings on what has been a very upsetting portrayal of the people closest to me and myself. It's not who I am as a professional or as a man."

The actor, who calls the video "distasteful" and "unsavory," adds:

"I don't live my life making fun of people (unless, of course, I'm making fun of myself on SNL). Especially, those who are less fortunate or those in need. I grew up with a family and community that instilled ideals in me like hard work, honesty and empathy. As a matter of fact, growing up in Tennessee, I was always taught that we as people, no matter what your race, sex, or stature may be, are equal. My friends are good people. This was clearly a lapse in judgment. . . I don't believe it was made to be insensitive. It was NOT shown at my wedding. We can all agree that it was distasteful, even though that was not it's intention.

Timberlake concludes with the following: "I am NOT defending the video. I agree with the overall consensus. I am deeply sorry to anyone who was offended. You can bet your ass that I'm having my friend do at least 100 hours of community service."

On a side note ... Jessica Biel is now going as Jessica Timberlake. Awww!
