Jenny McCarthy slipped into a little red dress last night for dinner with friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, and the former Singled Out host has never looked hotter! Maybe that's why the Chicago Sun Times just hired her as an expert blogger?

The 39-year-old former Playboy pin-up will be writing about relationships, fitness, dating and her experiences as a single mom to son Evan. Debuting yesterday, her first column discussed how married couples can spice up their sex lives. She may not be married, but from the sounds of it she's definitely still spicing things up with a new beau!

Apparently Miss McCarthy has been seeing jeweler-to-the-stars Pascal Mouawad for the past couple months, according to E! Online. He served as her date last night at the famed Chinese eatery, and even bought her roses on the way out. Who said chivalry is dead?!

"It's a very new thing and not serious yet, but who knows where it will go? Jenny lives in Chicago full-time now, but is back and forth a lot to shoot her show here, and so her and Pascal see each other whenever they can. He is often traveling because of work, but they are making it work and enjoying each other's company," a source told E!.

Justin Timberlake is not amused by his friend's "joke" video which stars homeless people in downtown L.A.

JT's pal, realtor Justin Huchel, sent the video entitled "Greetings from Your Hollywood Friends Who Just Couldn't Make It," as a wedding gift to the "Sexyback" singer and his new wife, Jessica Biel.

Timberlake posted the following open letter:

"I am (by nature) a pretty private person. So, I don't really take it upon myself to comment on things that so often go misunderstood or something that has even shed any kind of dark light on what was and will always be one of the most special weeks of my life," the Trouble with the Curve star writes. "But, in light of the recent events, I can't fight the urge to clarify my thoughts and feelings on what has been a very upsetting portrayal of the people closest to me and myself. It's not who I am as a professional or as a man."

The actor, who calls the video "distasteful" and "unsavory," adds:

"I don't live my life making fun of people (unless, of course, I'm making fun of myself on SNL). Especially, those who are less fortunate or those in need. I grew up with a family and community that instilled ideals in me like hard work, honesty and empathy. As a matter of fact, growing up in Tennessee, I was always taught that we as people, no matter what your race, sex, or stature may be, are equal. My friends are good people. This was clearly a lapse in judgment. . . I don't believe it was made to be insensitive. It was NOT shown at my wedding. We can all agree that it was distasteful, even though that was not it's intention.

Timberlake concludes with the following: "I am NOT defending the video. I agree with the overall consensus. I am deeply sorry to anyone who was offended. You can bet your ass that I'm having my friend do at least 100 hours of community service."

On a side note ... Jessica Biel is now going as Jessica Timberlake. Awww!

Elton John threw his partner David Furnish a lavish 50th birthday party last night in L.A, and everyone from Johnny Depp to Elizabeth Hurley came out to help celebrate!

Held at the Balasco Theater, the bash had the hottest Hollywood celebs rubbing elbows with each other. The newly single Pirates of the Caribbean star looked dapper in a suit and scarf, while the British model showed off her best assets in a floor-length white cocktail dress.

Other attendees included Joan and Melissa Rivers, Neil Patrick Harris, Victoria Beckham, and more.

Earlier this week, Ben enjoyed a 3-hour lunch date with actress Emma Stone at Tavern in Brentwood.

Despite both of these two having busy schedules and three kids at home ... it's great to see them spending time with each other!

The X Factor judge, and mom of two, was in a chatty mood with Lucky magazine about makeup, body issues and life with her kids.

Brit, who loves to play Candy Land with her boys, tells the mag:

"I really just wear mascara all the time and powder, because I have zits. I get, like, these giant boxes of lip gloss and nail polish, and it's like candy."

As for what fiance Jason Trawick likes to see her wearing, she adds:

"He says he doesn't mind that I sit around in sweats all the time. I never wear socks. I hate socks."

The Slave 4 U singer also talks about what her kids think of her job. Brit says:

They try to figure out where I go when I go to film X Factor. They're like, 'Mommy's going off to be a superhero,' and then I get back, and they just see me as Mommy. And then when I'm back working on the show, they say, 'Oh, Mommy's a superhero again!'"

Geri Halliwell arrived at the Palaces theatre in London last night to put on a surprise performance of Gene Kelly's Singin' In The Rain as part of BBC Children in Need's project POP Goes the Musical, and she looked lovely in a black suit and white fur coat!

Ginger Spice reportedly nailed her impromptu musical number, and had tons of fun doing it! "Performing in Singing In The Rain in the West End was an absolute blast and a privilege to be lifted by the gorgeous Adam Cooper. The audience was fantastic, it was a dream come true," the 40-year-old was quoted as saying after the show.

Pop Goes The Musical is an initiative that has celebrities join the cast of well-known shows already performing. This fiery redhead's former bandmate Melanie C took the stage weeks ago to play the role of Mary Magdalene in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar.

Steve Honig, Lindsay Lohan's publicist, has resigned.

Honig has been repping Lilo through her courtroom drama and run-ins with the law. Some of the most notable cases include her jewelry theft case, DUI charges and most recently, an alleged assault at a New York City hotel.

Another recent incident involved Linds and her mom Dina getting into a fight in front of their Long Island family home with the Mean Girls actress claiming her mom had used cocaine.

Honig, who also reps Brooke Mueller, released the following statement: "I'm not discussing this out of respect for my client."

A new rep for Lindsay has yet to step forward.

Seems Chris and Rihanna are trying to keep their relationship on the DL ...

Chris visited Rihanna at the recording studio Thursday night after Brown hit up David Furnish's 50th birthday party.

Our photographer tells us Chris parked on the street and entered through the front door of the studio, while Rihanna was parked in the private lot behind the studio and exited through the back door to avoid being photographed together.

He tells us:

"Chris was all happy, acting like he was just headed to work or something, but we knew he was visiting Rihanna. We even asked him, 'He; you going to see Rihanna?' and he just kind of laughed. You kinda get the feeling he likes sneaking around."

This is one of a handful of times the former lovers have reunited since Brown broke up with girlfriend Karrreuche Tran. Chris and Ri were spotted out together Oct. 4 at Jay-Z's Brooklyn concert at the opening of the Barclay Center and then we snapped the two together at the Qubeey launch party in LA last week.

Last night, RiRi held on tight to her favorite Gucci bag, while Chris stood out front next to his pricey Lamborghini.
