She may be dealing with some family drama thanks to her father's attempt to stage an intervention, but it looks like her legal woes are behind her!

Lindsay Lohan will not be prosecuted for an alleged hit-and-run that happened in front of the Dream Hotel in New York City back in September.

As you may remember, Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of the accident, after she allegedly drove a Porsche into a pedestrian at the hotel.

The 26-year-old starlet had been scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, but after surveillance footage surfaced, prosecutors decided there was not enough evidence to get a conviction so the charges were dropped. Whew!

On Sunday night Jennifer Lopez went to dinner with boyfriend Casper Smart, and even though the 43-year-old actress/singer was bundled up, she still looked stunning! The duo went to Hakkasan for some Chinese food, and they later attended Cirque Du Soleil's new production, Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour at London's O2 Arena, where she will be perform tonight.

On Monday morning J. Lo kept it casual while she went shopping with a friend, rocking sweats, a furry scarf and a knit beanie. See, she's still Jenny from the block!

Michael Lohan went to dinner at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood on Saturday evening, and while quite a bit of drama went down the previous day when he showed up uninvited to Lindsay's doorstep, he didn't seem too shaken.

After The Canyons writer Bret Easton Ellis took to Twitter to joke about Lindsay missing post-production work on Friday, Michael says that he and several concerned friends arrived at the starlet's L.A. residence in an attempt to stage an intervention, but they were turned away and the police were called. Michael believes his daughter has fallen off the wagon and is trying to get her to seek treatment, though mom Dina seems to think otherwise. "It's all about her father obsessed with making a name for himself in the news once again," she said in a statement.

On his way out of the restaurant, Michael told X17online exclusively, "I tried to do the best I can. It's up to her now ... She's a great girl and she deserves the best and that's all we want for her."

Heidi Klum and boyfriend/bodyguard Martin Kristen took her four children to gymnastics class in Culver City on Sunday, and later Leni, Lou, Henry and Johan went to LACMA with their supermodel mom.

Afterward, the group headed to lunch at Cecconi's in West Hollywood, and they ran into none other than Russell Brand and one of his many mystery lady friends:

Ashton Kutcher walked his beloved dog in his Los Angeles neighborhood on Sunday afternoon, and the actor was all decked out in Chicago Bears attire. Jay Cutler and company face off against the Detroit Lions tonight, and Ashton recently revealed that he's a huge fan of Kristin Cavallari's baby daddy. "I cried when Cutler [joined the team]," Kutcher told reporters.

Wonder if these two have met yet? Think they'd ever bring their ladies on a double date somewhere? Could be fun!
