She's officially a mommy!

Adele has reportedly given birth to a baby boy on Friday, according to multiple sources out of the UK. “Adele and Simon are ecstatic at their new arrival,” a source told the UK’s Sunday People.

The 24-year-old singer's rep has yet to confirm the news, saying, "We are not releasing a statement at this time. No comment."

The multiple Grammy award winner initially announced her pregnancy on her website in June. "I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together," she posted. "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me. Obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time."

Adele and boyfriend Simon Konecki began dating last summer. This will be her first child and the 38-year-old Life Water co-founder's second, having fathered a five-year-old daughter with ex-wife Clary Fisher.

On Friday, Jessica Alba donned a dapper leather waistcoat and some trendy pants as she headed to the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills for a business meeting.

Sam Lufti made his way out of a Beverly Hills parking lot on Friday after his court appearance for his lawsuit against Britney Spears and her conservators.

Leon Gladstone, Jamie Spears' attorney, told jurors in a Los Angeles courtroom that he was afraid of his daughter's drug addiction as her life began to unravel starting in 2007.

"Jamie (Spears) was living in constant fear that he was going to look at the TV one day and see Britney was dead," Gladstone said on Friday.

Gladstone also described how Britney's descent from happy and humble pop star began shortly after her breakup from fellow pop star Justin Timberlake in 2003, which eventually lead to her short-lived shotgun marriage to a childhood friend in Las Vegas the same year. Her problems reached their peak after her divorce from Kevin Federline in 2006, causing Jamie to convince Britney to seek help.

Lufti is seeking 15% of Britney's income from 2007-2008 during the time he managed her. He's also suing Jamie for an alleged assault and Lynne for libeling him in her book, Through The Storm.

Lindsay Lohan is looking to relax at home after the drama which involved her dad Michael Lohan attempted an unsuccessful intervention for his 26-year-old daughter Friday.

Michael's fears of her relapse came from a Twitter joke made by The Canyons director Bret Easton Ellis about Lindsay missing post-production work. He and a few concerned arrived at Lindsay's doorstep but was turned away from a man who identified himself as the Liz & Dick star's boyfriend, who said that Lindsay's dad "wouldn’t be the one to solve her problems.”

Lindsay's mother Dina Lohan has since released a statement revealing her thoughts regarding Michael's intervention efforts.

"Once again, my ex-husband makes every effort to make himself relevant in my daughter's life. She has made it clear, she doesn't believe he is capable of being a trusted father. So instead of giving her reason to trust him again--he flies from Florida to Los Angeles to coerce his way back in her life telling her lies that he wants to give Lindsay her mom's back child support. When my daughter refused to see him, he forced his way onto her property and my daughter had no choice but to call the police. This sole act by my ex was not an intervention nor was this extreme antic sanctioned by any member of Lindsay's family or her professional team of handlers. It's all about her father obsessed with making a name for himself in the news once again. It's sad and I hope he stops masquerading as her father in public and starts acting like one in private."

A source close to the actress said rehab won't be necessary as she's been steadfast in her attempts at a sober lifestyle.
