Gerard Butler looked worse for wear while dining solo in the South of France today.

The 42-year-old 300 actor, who checked into the Betty Ford Center back in February, says he went to rehab for a painkiller addiction, not for alcohol-related issues.

Butler recently told Mens' Journal, "I haven't had a drink in 15 years."

Gerard, who suffered a major surfing accident while filming Chasing Mavericks, says the pill addiction was as a result of his injury. As for his time in rehab, he adds:

"They really do rip you apart. You get rid of a bunch of s**t, realize a bunch more s**t, and you make a plan. Maybe a stronger person wouldn't have needed to go. When you hear the word rehab, you think, 'He's a mess, he's f***ed up.' But I'm glad I did it."

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are in couple's therapy, In Touch reports. The pair left a session looking visibly upset on Oct. 8, and apparently the trouble in their marriage has been brewing for some time.

"Over the past two years they've spent less and less time together," a source told the mag. Although rumors of a split have been shot down, sources reveal there is definite tension. "They used to be affectionate with each other and laugh a lot. That never happens anymore," one insider adds.

The source of the problems in the Bush front man's busy touring schedule, which keeps him from spending more time with his wife and kids at home.

Chris Brown is definitely addicted to tattoos!

The 23-year-old singer flaunted his new neck tattoo of a lion ... posting the above photos at 2:44am this morning.

Just last month, Brown ink'd a "sugar skull" tattoo on his neck. Although he received flack for the ink supposedly resembling Rihanna, Brown's rep confirmed, "It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported."

Wonder where his next tat will be? He's running out of blank space!

Justin Timberlake and his bride-to-be Jessica Biel partied with about 50 guests at a pre-wedding bash in Puglia, Italy.

Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 30, are expected to tie the knot this weekend.

Last night's party took place at Cala Masciola beach on the Adriatic Sea. Following dinner and cocktails, family and friends including SNL's Andy Samberg, enjoyed a 10-minute firework show.

The exact wedding venue in Italy has yet to be revealed.

Gwen Stefani ran errands in the valley on Wednesday afternoon, and we couldn't help but notice that she wasn't exactly in the best mood. Reports surfaced earlier this week that Gwen and hubby Gavin Rossdale's marriage is on the rocks, and a friend of Gwen’s told Life & Style that the two have been going to therapy for quite some time.

The mag added that Gwen has had a hard time trusting Gavin since learning about his alleged gay affair in the 1980s, not to mention his secret daughter, Daisy Lowe. “Gwen thinks she always has to keep an eye out to keep him in line," an insider says. "They often fight if he spends too many late nights out with his friends.”

However, don't expect these two to be the next Hollywood couple to head to Splitsville. “She always says that of everything in her life, she’s most proud of her family. She loves Gavin and their boys ... she would never give up on her marriage," the source added. "No matter what happens with them, they made a promise to be together. Gwen and Gavin will never break up."

Uma Thurman has finally revealed her 3-month-old daughter's name, and we have to say ... it's not quite like anything we've ever heard before!

"I would like to announce Uma and Arki's daughter's name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna," the actress' rep said in a statement. "Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father."

Thurman and longtime boyfriend Arpad "Arki" Busson welcomed their first child together on July 15. The couple began dating in 2007, but they called off their engagement in 2009, only to reunite in 2011. Uma also has a daughter, Maya, and son, Levon, with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.
