Rapper Nelly is distancing himself from the drama surrounding the recent drug bust on his tour bus.

Nelly's rep released the following statement on behalf of the rapper:

“It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning. Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”

Earlier this week, officers in Sierra Blanca, Texas discovered .64 ounces of heroin in 36 small plastic bags, more than 10 pounds of pot and a loaded .45-caliber gun.

Brian Keith Jones admitted to authorities that the drugs and weapon belonged to him. Nelly and five others were orginally detained, but were let go. Jones was arrested for drug and weapon possession.

Former American Idol and X-Factor judge Paula Abdul is coming to the Dancing with the Stars ballroom as a guest judge on October 15, she revealed to Us Weekly.

"I've been such a fan since season one, and I was fortunate enough to be a part of Idol next door. During commercial breaks I'd run over here and catch what was going on with this show and then run back to my seat. It's been a decade-plus, and they're like an extended family. I'm really excited," she told the mag.

A former Laker girl, the 50-year-old is thrilled to be offering her expertise on the dancing competition.

"The choreography is just... it takes your breath away and it's beautiful. Above and beyond all that, what I love so much about this show is that I know what dance does to people. I know how it transforms your life and it gets into the spirit and psyche and makes your heart brighter," she added.

As for her drama with mama Dina (where she told her dad on the phone that Dina was on coke), Lindsay seems to now be blaming her dad, Michael, for the entire mess.
