Cindy Lee Garcia is speaking out regarding her role in the movie Innocence of Muslims ... the YouTube video by Sam Bacile which reportedly caused Muslims to kill U.S. Ambassador, J. Christopher Stevens.

Garcia is suing YouTube and Bacile for misleading her in thinking that it was an "historical Arabian Desert adventure film."

In front of the L.A. County Superior Courthouse, Garcia told the media:

"My whole life has been turned upside down ... It's degrading, demoralizing ... it affected our ambassador, our Navy SEALs ... I think America needs to stand behind us on this. What [the director] did was wrong. So many people were affected by it."

Garcia claims her family has been threatened as a result of her being in the movie, and she fears for their lives.

The YouTube film was shot in July 2011.

Clint Eastwood is speaking out about his appearance at the Republican National Convention, and the 82-year-old actor reveals that not only is he a libertarian, but he doesn't care what anyone thinks about his speech!

"If somebody's dumb enough to ask me to go to a political convention and say something, they're going to have to take what they get," Eastwood told Extra.

"The Democrats who were watching thought I was going senile. And the Republicans knew I was!" he joked to Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday. Eastwood noted that he takes issue with any government interference in citizens' personal lives, including attempts to define marriage, same sex or otherwise, through legislation. Um, so why was he appearing onstage with Paul Ryan?!

Clint added, "[It's] a part of the Libertarian idea: Leave everybody alone!"

Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson popped the question to boyfriend of two years Justin Mikita, and he said yes!

The 36-year-old actor and his lawyer beau made the happy announcement in a video posted on Tie the Knot, a website for his new foundation which supports marriage equality.

"I said yes!" Mikita says in the clip.

The couple have teamed up with Tie Bar to create a collection of bowties, with all proceeds going to the fight for lesbian and gay couples to receive civil rights.

"We're just like millions of Americans who are denied the basic civil rights to marry the person that we love," the duo lament in the video.

We couldn't be happier these two found love with each other!

Rumors have been circulating around the Gossip Girl set that newlywed Blake Lively is expecting her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, but her rep is shooting down the reports as completely false.

Apparently, the 25-year-old star has been "glowing" and relaxing her strict diet since her Sept. 9 nuptials to her Green Lantern co-star, leading sources to believe her secret quickie wedding was because she is pregnant.

"Blake is usually really careful about what she eats, but since her wedding, she seems to be eating a lot more. Everyone on set is on bump watch," a source dished to the NY Post.

We all know women wait until the three month mark to announce a pregnancy, and even though her rep denies the baby rumors, we will remain on bump watch! If the blonde actress really is pregnant, that's going to be one good looking baby!

Amanda Bynes' bizarre behavior continues despite the 26-year-old actress telling People she's "doing amazing."

The former Nickelodeon star was kicked out of an L.A. Equinox gym Tuesday night for "bizarre" behavior, according to TMZ.

While Bynes was participating in a 50-minute spin class, the site says she suddenly stopped and started walking around looking for a different bike.

TMZ goes on to report that once Amanda found a different bike, she took off her top and was only wearing a "tiny black strapless push up bra ... not a sports bra."

As a result, the instructor stopped the class half way through and kicked her out.

But just yesterday, the actress told People, "I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line. I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false."

Bynes has been charged with two counts of hit-and-run and a DUI.

We thought Nikki Reed was heading to a late lunch, but it turns out the actress/writer was en route to a charity dinner after attending a charity luncheon earlier in the day!

Nikki tweeted a snapshot of herself and wrote, "At the #Dior @operationsmile luncheon ... Surrounded by an amazing group of women sharing stories about how they've made a difference. #inspiring," and after arriving at event number two she added, "With @RobertsEmma tonight wearing @chloe_fashion supporting @phaseoneLA and @EmilyAndMeritt !!!!"
