Jay-Z and Beyonce were snapped on their summer vacation in the south of France, and we spotted the supercouple doting over their darling daughter Blue Ivy on Saturday. Bey covered up their 9-month-old with a white blankie as she boarded a luxury yacht (though it looks like it could be a fancy scarf, which she's been known to do in the past!), and after turning 31 last Tuesday, the Grammy winner seems to be spending the rest of the week celebrating with her family.

Sigh. Can you believe Blue isn't even a year old and she's already going on her first cruise?! Rough life...

Vanessa Hudgens was spotted leaving her Pilates class in Studio City over the weekend, and the 23-year-old Disney darling flashed us a quick smile before hopping in her Audi and driving home.

While she'll be busy promoting Spring Breakers and The Frozen Ground later this year and early next year, she doesn't have any projects currently lined up and she recently blogged about some vacations she'd like to take.

"I love to travel," Nessa wrote on her official blog. "Number 1. on my places to visit is Morocco ... Number 2 on my list of places I want to visit [is Thailand]. Beaches, mountains and yummy food. Number 3 place I want to visit is… Bora Bora! Can you believe a place this beautiful actually exists? Number 4 place I want to visit! A safari is definitely on my bucket list…"

We say they're all great choices ... wonder if she'll be bringing beau Austin Butler along for the ride when she books these trips?

On Friday, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his new lady love Behati Prinsloo enjoyed a lunch date at Mustard Seed Cafe in Los Feliz, the same spot where they were first spotted out as a couple. The two even showed some PDA as they held hands walking back to their car. How sweet!

The 33-year-old singer has been with the Victoria's Secret model since the beginning of summer and it looks like their romance is here to stay.

LeAnn Rimes is back to doing what she knows best.

The 30-year-old country singer performed for fans Friday night at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, just days after she entered treatment for emotional issues.

"I'm totally cool and so happy. I think I'm about to cry," the singer said to the crowd. "Thanks for being awesome fans…patient and understanding."

Rimes performed a 14-song, 70-minute set that gave fans an intimate look at the turmoil surrounding her life and even affirmed it with a quick disclaimer while on stage. "I'm pissed off at a lot of things, and I just can't say it," Rimes said. "So, it comes out in the music." Her husband Eddie Cibrian was back in Los Angeles during Rimes' Midwest stint.

The blonde beauty is scheduled to perform a series of concerts later this month and her new album is scheduled to be released next year. She even took time to tweet her appreciation after the show, saying, "Thanks to all my wonderful fans in Wisconsin. You showed me an amazing amount of love and respect tonight. Love you always."

Miley Cyrus avoided a close call last night as an intruder armed with scissors was arrested at the singer's home late last night.

A man by the name of Jason Luis Rivera was arrested by police for trespassing after reportedly hopping over her fence in an attempt to meet the pop star. Miley was not home at the time of the incident.

Miley recently expressed her gratitude for all the fan love she's been getting for her cover of James Shelton's 1950's single "Lilac Wine," when she Tweeted, "been getting so much love on lilac wine :) so happy! laying in bed thanking the universe for being so kind ❤."

On Friday, an eclectic mix of Hollywood's biggest and brightest arrived for Stand Up To Cancer's one-hour fundraising event!

Everyone from Taylor Swift to Robert Pattinson showed their support for the telecast dedicated to the groundbreaking translational cancer research, which was simulcasted live commercial free on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and a host of other channels.

She's back! Sort of...

Leann Rimes entered treatment for emotional issues earlier this month, but the Grammy winning singer is not letting her recovery get in the way of her career! The country cutie is headed to the Midwest for a series of concerts, and she couldn't be happier about reuniting with her loyal fans.

"I'm on a plane headed to see all my fans in Wisconsin tonight. I can't wait to play, I'm so ready. I've got a zillion fashion mags, my journal, iPod, water and a butterfinger. I'm all set," she wrote in a blog post titled "Back At It."

Wait... this slender stunner eats candy? According to the 30-year-old, with age comes an increased love of sweets!

"Seems I've developed a sweet tooth after turning 30. If that's all that comes with 30, I think I'm settling in pretty well. So far, the new decade is treating me great! Hope you all have a fantastic weekend and I look forward to seeing all of my fans and friends over the next 3 days," she added.

Scheduled to perform in Iowa and Indiana this weekend, followed by concerts in Maine, Colorado, and California later this month, the blonde beauty seems happier and healthier than ever after coping with reported overwhelming anxiety and stress.

"I have the best fans ever! Thank you for all your prayers, patience and unwavering love xoxo," she tweeted.

We couldn't be happier for Mrs. Cibrian that she's sorted out her issues and is back to doing what she loves - putting on an amazing show!
