What an epic downfall.

Charlie Sheen filed documents with the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday requesting that his child support payments to exes Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards be reduced, as he doesn't have the same level of income he did when the agreements were first established.

The Two and a Half Men actor, who once made $1.8 million per episode before he was fired, currently pays Mueller $55K for their twins Bob and Max and Richards $20K for their daughters Sam and Lola. He also pays both women 9.5 percent of his annual income.

The Hollywood bad boy claims that his bad reputation and HIV diagnosis have left him largely unemployed.

"I have been unable to find steady work, and have been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry. All of this has resulted in a significant reduction in my earnings," he stated in the papers.

Not only does he have a million kids to pay for, but he also owes millions of dollars in home mortgage payments and other expenses, and claims he has less than $10 million to his name.

Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, and more music icons appear in the latest Harper's Bazaar with their kids, and they opened up about parenting in the accompanying interview.

'Ye posed with North and Saint for a black-and-white photo, and revealed his wishes for them in the future. "I hope my children never lose their confidence to society," he explained.

Mariah went in to detail about her twins Moroccan and Monroe.

"Family is the most important thing to me. My children have provided me with such joy as they've developed their own unique personalities. Moroccan has a knack for technology, and Monroe is really musical. They're each other's best friends, and I love watching them grow up," she gushed.

Ever the comedian, Nicole Richie attempted to show how she and dad Lionel are similar.

"My dad and I will do anything for a laugh. If that means we're the butt of the joke, so be it. In a nutshell, we're desperate show ponies," she joked.

Xtina, meanwhile, expressed how much motherhood truly meant to her.

"I love being mama bear and providing support, strength, and a safe haven to my babies and loved ones, knowing that, above all else, it's the most important job I have," she confessed.

Chris Pratt and his new girlfriend Katherine Schwarzenegger took his son Jack to lunch in Malibu yesterday, and Arnold's daughter looks like she's quite at ease spending time as a family, despite the fact they've been dating for less than two months. The A-list actor doesn't waste any time getting serious apparently!

The pair, who were introduced to each other by Katherine's mom Maria Schriver, were first were spotted together on a romantic picnic outing in Santa Barbara last month, and just this last weekend, they were photographed sharing a kiss after church.

"[They] went from casually dating to spending much more time together. Chris and Katherine have introduced one another to their family and friends, and have been almost inseparable when they are free," a source dished to ET.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Star wouldn't be allowing his kid to get close to a new romantic interest if he didn't think there was a future there, either.

"That was a big step for Chris. Until he knew it was more than just casual, he wasn't introducing Jack to anyone. Chris and Katherine are very happy together," the source added.

The bad boy father-of-three is getting his own reality show about "buying and selling properties," and while girlfriend Sofia Richie is happy for him, she's also a little concerned that the extra attention might destabilize their relationship.

"Sofia is super proud of Scott, this new show is going to be a chance for everyone to see him in a new light. He’s going to be his own man, instead of just Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy, and Sofia could not be more happy about that. Sofia feels Scott gets so many unfair judgments because of how he’s been portrayed on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and Sofia is looking forward to having a lot of people eat their words when they see Scott’s new show and get to see the real him, the Scott she knows and loves," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

We've all seen how LD gets, though, when he has the spotlight on him.

According to a new report, the Olympian is splashing out the cash to get Sophia to stick around.

"Sophia is using Caitlyn’s cash to deck out her wardrobe with designer clothes and get her hair and nails done every week. This is costing Caitlyn at least $50,000 each week but she thinks nothing of this weird arrangement. She’s desperate for Sophia to stick around and this is her way of sealing the deal," a source dished to Radar.
