Sofia Vergara is a happily engaged woman!

The 40-year-old Modern Family actress, who got engaged to Nick Loeb earlier this summer, opened up about getting her ring. She told Celebuzz:

"I haven't started planning anything because everything has been very recent. I am kind of, you know, working a lot — I just started the Modern Family season — so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans."

Vergara, who already has a 21-year-old son named Manolo, also chats about possibly having another baby. The Latina added:

"It’s something that maybe … one day I'll do again. I wouldn't mind . . .I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy, so maybe when I have a little less work."

What a beauty! Nick is one lucky man.

Gwen Stefani ran errands with sons Kingston and Zuma in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and despite the fact that temps hit the low 90s in most parts of the city, the No Doubt front woman didn't even break a sweat! How does she do it?!

Gwen was joined by one of her two nannies and we're guessing she can't WAIT for hubby Gavin Rossdale to get back home to California in ten days. Gavin is currently touring Europe with Bush, and though he'll be back on the road in late September and early October, he'll be spending a good solid two weeks with Gwen and the boys when he gets home on September 9.

LeAnn Rimes has admitted herself to a rehabilitation center to cope with stress, her rep says:

"LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30-day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress. While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms."

Rimes herself issues a statement:

"This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be. All the things in my life will be there when I get out, but you know what? I'm hoping they're not going to affect me as much ... I'll have the tools to know how to deal with them."

LeAnn and her husband Eddie Cibrian renewed their vows in April after celebrating their first year of marriage and Rimes celebrated her 30th birthday just two days ago.

E! News host Giuliana Rancic and her hubby Bill are the proud parents of Edward Duke Rancic, born via surrogate on Wednesday night in Denver, Colorado.

Giuliana, 37, released the following statement:

"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

The couple went through four years of IVF treatment, and suffered a miscarriage, before deciding on using a surrogate.

In addition to their baby struggles, Giuliana was also diagnosed with breast cancer last summer and underwent a double mastectomy.

Bill, 41, Tweeted, "G and I feel blessed beyond words. We did it!"
