Cactus Moser, Wynonna Judd's husband, had his left leg amputated above the knee following a motorcycle accident over the weekend.

Judd's rep said that Moser's leg was "severed at the scene of the accident."

The drummer, who married Judd in June, drifted across the center line of a road in Deadwood, S.D. ... and crashed into an oncoming car.

Wynonna released the following statement following the accident:

"Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply, and I will not leave his side."

Moser also needed surgery on his hand.

Wynonna has postponed concerts in Canada next week to be with her husband.

Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department spent three hours at the Hollywood Hills home where Lindsay Lohan spent the night Sunday evening, after a robbery was reported in the early hours of Monday morning.

A source tells X17online exclusively, "It looks like the owner of the home realized some of his personal belongings were missing this morning and he went crazy, accusing people in the house. He eventually called the cops to come investigate."

The home is owned by a man known to be a player on the Hollywood social scene but relatively unconnected to any celebrities in his business dealings. Our source tells us "he likes to have famous friends and he always opens his homes to parties as long as he can get A-listers to come and bring their friends."

It is uncertain who else may have been in the home at the time of the crime, other than Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle.

Lohan kept her plans to fly to New York Monday night, despite the incident.

Lindsay Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle were questioned by police today regarding the apparent robbery of a Hollywood Hills home where they both spent the night Sunday evening, a source tells X17online.com exclusively.

Lindsay stayed at a friend's home where she's attended several parties in the past, and woke up this morning to find the place had been robbed. No word yet on what was taken or how police believe the culprit entered the property, but the owner of the home had all his guests on lock down this afternoon until police could question everyone.
