Yesterday we spotted Halle Berry with her 4-year-old daughter Nahla, and here's a shocker -- the 45-year-old actress wasn't wearing her engagement ring!

Halle and longtime beau Olivier Martinez got engaged back in March (remember her stunning emerald rock?), but we've been hearing rumors that the couple are headed for splitsville and it seems like it could be true. (Her rep has yet to respond to our request for a comment on the matter).

Around the same time these photos were snapped Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez was spotted grabbing a smoothie in Los Angeles, and seeing as he just returned to the states after filming The Physician in Germany, you'd think he'd be dying to spend time with his ladylove!

Her joyride comes on the heels of her denial that she and her husband are headed for a divorce. "It seems like that happens at least once a year, or at least once every two years, it's rumored that we're getting a divorce. But no, we're not getting a divorce. Where am I going to go? That's my boo. It's like another part of me," she explained in the September issue of Essence magazine.

Breakups are never easy, but when you're splitting with one of Hollywood's biggest stars, it's hard to avoid the tough questions!

In her first interview since parting ways with longtime partner Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis laments the public interest in her personal life. In the sit down with French Elle magazine, the singer is asked about the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and a possible reconciliation. "I don't want to talk about him. Who said that artists should sell their soul, expose everything about themselves?... It's my duty to promote this movie, and my albums, but can you imagine what it feels like to see people making a business out of your pain. What happened to us is our concern."

So how is she coping with the demise of her relationship?

"I don't have the recipe for happiness, but I think the engine is simply having the desire. It's not feeling obliged or forced or repeating yourself. I hate, for example, whenever you hear someone say: 'You have to work at being a couple.' No, you have to want to be there. And for me, I want to be right where I am right now " she adds.

The former couple share children Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 10, so the 39-yeaar-old actress will divide her time between her native France and the United States, where the kids will attend school in Los Angeles.

It sounds like their offspring are following in their famous parent's footsteps!

"My children are grown now, they are more independent. My daughter loves singing above all else. Jack, he's a guitarist," she gushes.

After giving an incredible performance at the Closing Ceremony at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the Spice Girls partied it up on London on Sunday night.

Posh, Baby, Ginger, Scary and Sporty (nee Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm) attended the several after parties, and while Posh called it a night after a few hours on the town, the rest of the ladies kept going until the sun came up.

Emma tweeted, "Party till the break of dawn, and Mel is still l in her outfit," and the ladies also posted shots with former Oasis front man Liam Gallagher and Muse drummer Dominic Howard. At 3am this morning, Mel C tweeted, "OMG so sad @OfficialMelB get changed!!!", and at 6am, she added, "ffs @OfficialMelB it's done, get changed lol! x x."

Sounds like the girls had a blast!
