Lea Michele shot scenes for Glee in the West Village neighborhood of New York City today, and the starlet was very animated when we snapped her gabbing away on her cell. She has a reputation for being a bit of a diva, but it looks like this was all for the cameras -- we doubt she'd really be mouthing off to someone over the phone like this, right?

Lea wrote on Twitter, "SO excited for this weekend! It's been my dream to shoot #glee in NYC and now this season we'll be shooting half of Rachel's story here! ... Early morning shooting #glee in NYC!!! So exciting!!!" So very exciting, indeed.

Jodie Foster was spotted running errands in Los Angeles yesterday, and even though we seldom see her out in public, she flashed our photographers a quick smile.

Jodie recently wrapped filming on Elysium, and she hasn't had a movie out since 2011's Carnage. Though her love life has been a bit of a wreck since back-to-back breakups, first from girlfriend Cydney Bernard in 2008 and then from rebound Cindy Mort in 2009, Jodie has apparently offered up some relationship advice to her former co-star Kristen Stewart.

A source tells Radar, "As soon as she heard the news, Jodie contacted Kristen to offer her support. They have been close friends since they starred opposite each other in the 2002 movie Panic Room, and Jodie is a mother-like figure to her. Jodie told Kristen to take no notice of the media bashing and said if she wanted to cry her heart out to her she's always available. Jodie loved Rob and is disappointed with Kristen for cheating on him. However, she knows at 22, she's still very young and unfortunately people make mistakes in life. She thinks Kristen will learn from this and will only grow into a more mature person because of it."

Apparently Hef and his girlfriends are working on a new show called The Playboy Club (sadly this one won't be featuring hotties Amber Heard and Eddie Cibrian), and we're guessing it will be along the lines of The Girls Next Door, which lasted for 6 successful seasons.

Funny how shooting began after Crystal and Hef seemingly got back together ... she's been trying to get a show greenlit for over a year now!

The teen pop phenom was spotted leaving a studio in Hollywood yesterday, and he's been holed up with producers Dark Child and Kirk Franklin. Justin has been preparing for his highly-anticipated Believe tour, which kicks off in Glendale, Arizona on September 29. Though he has a month off for most of December, the concert series runs through April and makes stops in 86 different cities.

Not only has the 18-year-old singer been working on his tracks, but it looks like he's trying to get in tip top physical shape as well. "workout...then rehearsal. #FOCUSED," he tweeted the other day. Wonder how much he's benching these days?

It may have been 95 degrees in the valley yesterday, but Gwen Stefani kept her cool when we spotted her running errands in Sherman Oaks.

The 42-year-old singer/fashion designer wore her trademark red lipstick, but she swapped out her skinny pants for a pair of boyfriend jeans, and it looks like she skipped straightening her hair. Even though she's rocking the relaxed look, she's still a stunner!

Gwen and her No Doubt bandmates are gearing up for the release of their sixth studio album Push and Shove, and yesterday Gwen tweeted, "Thanks to everyone who bought the new single!!! Thinking bout u gx." The record will be released on September 25, so you can bet we'll be seeing a whole lot more of Gwen and her fire engine red lips in the weeks to come!

But why is she on a crowded public beach in Malibu? Shouldn't this blonde bombshell be partying on some rich dude's yacht in St. Tropez? I guess she needs to get on that!

Shauna Sand was spotted at the beach on Friday, and she was accompanied by a busty gal pal and her 11-year-old daughter Isabella. Isabella opted to wear an age-appropriate one-piece swimsuit, so it looks like Shauna doesn't have to worry about her 3 girls stealing anything from her closet!

Hints: Behind the motorcycle helmet there's a very handsome face, and we have a feeling that the next time he cruises around town, his brunette ladylove will be tagging along with him.
