American Horror Story has just added hottie Jenna Dewan to its season 2 cast, and Channing Tatum's sxy wife is set to play Adam Levine's love interest in the cable thriller, according to EW.

Season 2 will focus on an institution for the criminally insane during the 1960s, and Levine and Dewan will play "The Lovers," a major couple on the series. The show's creator, who is also the mastermind behind Glee, said of the upcoming season: "The second season is fun, sexy and baroque. It has a lot of meat to it; it's a really gritty part."

The show also stars Jessica Lange, James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto and Lizzie Brochere.

After smashing a paparazzo's iPhone back in March, Russell Brand has been sentenced to 20 hours of community service for his destructive outburst.

On behalf of the British comedian, his attorney appeared in a New Orleans court to plead not guilty to the misdemeanor criminal damage charge. Although he avoided jail time, Brand was slapped with $500 in court fees in addition to the community service.

He must complete all requirements by August 31.

X17 can exclusively report that Katherine Jackson and nephew TJ have come to a guardianship agreement in regarding to Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson.

Perry Sanders Jr., Katherine's attorney, released the following statement to the media:

"That pleading will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and TJ have often shared responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson's tragic passing. It will also make clear for school personnel and anyone else coming into contact with the children that TJ is authorized to act on their behalf. Mrs. Jackson will then be freed up to focus on the more personal everyday decision making related to the lives and activities of the children."

Sanders adds:

"Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael's children without the day to day tedium of items such as managing the large staff that goes with such a high profile family and focus her attention on being a grandmother and raising Michael's children."

UPDATE: 10:00 AM X17 just spoke on the phone with Perry Sanders Jr. who confirmed that TJ Jackson and Katherine Jackson agreed to share guardianship duties. Sanders clarifies that he is currently in Colorado Springs, but the agreement was reached last night. Sanders says, this morning, TJ's attorney filed the papers in the LA courthouse.

Despite sharing responsibilities with TJ, Perry continues:

"Katherine will continue handling the money situation and the daily decisions involving the children. This new agreement doesn't take away any authority from Mrs. Jackson. It just takes some of the load off of her. She wants to enjoy the non-stressful parts of family life. This will take the day-to-day stressers off her back.

My client is thrilled with the solution we've agreed upon. My goal is, and always has been, to not make the children look bad."

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis seem to be enjoying every moment as a couple!

As X17 first reported back on July 12th, Lindsay Lohan and Lady Gaga enjoyed a slumber party together at the Chateau Marmont. Also partying with the ladies ... celebrity photographer Ellen Von Unwerth and songstress Lana Del Rey.

Too bad Lana didn't get cheeky for the cameras. Perhaps she was playing photographer, instead.

A source at Chateau Marmont told X17online exclusively:

"[They were] watching old movies and playing board games [at the] slumber party. The three of them had dinner in the garden on Tuesday night at Chateau, and then Lindsay and Gaga ran upstairs to play dress up and came down in different outfits."

In addition to posting these photos on her website, Gaga Tweeted, "@lindsaylohan when you ordered a cucumber and a knife to the bar last night i thought your were gonna perform a vasectomy #justaskinnyb***h."

By the looks of their eyes in these candid snapshots, seems as though it was a pretty wild night. Rock on!

The busy new mom has been plunging head-first into work after taking a break to welcome son Luca early this year, and Duff excitedly shared via Twitter early Thursday: "rushing to the studio to record...!!!"

Hill is currently recording a follow-up to her 2007 album, Dignity, after revealing in January that she had officially returned to the studio to lay down some new tracks. We can't wait to hear the finished product!
