Katherine Jackson's legal team is hard at work on a strategy to reinstate the 82-year-old Jackson matriarch as guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket.

Mrs. Jackson's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr., tells X17online exclusively, "I am preparing paperwork as we speak."

The Jackson family tells us they don't expect the papers to be filed today, but Sanders adds that the paperwork will be ready "asap."

Just yesterday, Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son TJ was granted temporary guardianship of the three children. However, Katherine's attorney told the press following the hearing, that once Katherine gets settled back in LA, he'll be back in court.

Following Monday night's altercation at the Jackson compound in Calabasas, estate executors John Branca and John McClain, released the following statement:

"We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances. While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with."

A Jackson family source, who says Branca "has been coaching TJ" ... tells us the guardianship transfer was all a "smokescreen" to divert attention from the "fraudulent will."

Our source adds:

"This was all in an effort to take the focus off the will situation. A felony has been committed. The people responsible know they're in trouble. We're not letting up."

But seeing as Rob Pattinson purchased this house in September of 2011, we have to wonder if he's the one packing his bags ... or if he's kicking his adulterous girlfriend to the curb!

Today a large moving van was snapped pulling out of Rob's gated driveway, and it was reported earlier today that the British actor is moving out of the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Los Feliz home he shares with Kristen Stewart. But maybe this is just a temporary thing until the two can sort out their feelings? I mean, Rob can't possibly be thinking about saying goodbye to the stunning $6.2 million mansion he purchased less than a year ago, can he?

Even though Kristen issued a desperate apology yesterday, a source tells People, "I'm not sure they'll be able to recover from this. [Rob] is heartbroken and angry."

We don't blame him, but it seems like Twilight fans are still holding out some hope for the couple. The trailer for the highly-anticipated Cloud Atlas has hit the web, and while there are multiple storylines set in different time periods and locations, one thing remains the same throughout the film: The all star cast!

Halle Berry, Tom Hanks and Hugh Grant star in the flick, which is directed by the Wachowski brothers (The Matrix) and Tom Tykwer (Run Lola Run). We don't even know where to begin with this one, but many critics have been buzzing about Berry's performance. As you may remember, the Oscar winner broke her ankle while shooting the movie in 2011, so if she gets some early awards season hype for her latest role, it sounds like the months she spent in a cast would be well worth it!

Good thing Liam Hemsworth is just acting!

Miley Cyrus' fiance, who happens to be shirtless, is getting hot and heavy with his Love and Honor co-star Teresa Palmer.

The film is described on IMDB as the following: "When a young soldier in Vietnam (Austin Stowell) gets dumped by his hometown girl (Aimee Teegarden), he and his best friend (Hemsworth) decide to go AWOL and return to the States to win her back."

Good thing Miley and her svelte yoga body are extremely secure!

Rachel Uchitel gave birth to her baby girl on May 15, and since becoming a parent, Tiger Woods' former mistress has been documenting her daughter's growth from just one week old to the present on her Twitter.

Wyatt Lilly is the first child for Uchitel, 37, and her businessman hubby Matt Hahn. The sweet snapshots of the two month old show her in a variety of poses, and it's amazing how much her features have developed over the months!
