Holly Madison is single, but she's not waiting for a man to start a family any longer! The Peep Show star has taken matters into her own hands and kick started the adoption process, In Touch reports.

"I've started the adoption process... I really want to be a mommy," the Playboy bunny revealed.

She's also started the nesting process! The blonde bombshell admits to the mag that she's already started decorating a nursery for her future little one. With the help of adoption mentoring service Hold My Hand, the 33-year-old hopes to bring home a child from either Africa or South Korea.

Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend cites her thriving career as the reason she chose adoption over conceiving. "I love performing in the theater, and you can't really do that when you're pregnant," she explains.

Katherine Jackson's guardianship over Michael's three children has just been temporarily suspended.

A Superior Court judge has granted temporary guardianship to Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son, TJ.

As X17 first reported, Katherine Jackson personally spoke to TJ last night. During the conversation, TJ asked for Katherine's permission to take over guardianship and told him:

"I don't give you authority to become temporary guardian of the children. It's not going to happen. I'm coming home tomorrow."

Katherine is currently en route back to LA from Arizona where she's been staying with her daughter, Rebbie.

The next hearing date has been scheduled for August 22.

Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr, said in a press conference following the hearing that once Katherine returns to LA, he'll be filing papers for her to be reinstated as the guardian of the three kids.

Michael's mom has been vacationing in Arizona with her daughter, Rebbie.

Hot on the heels of an US Weekly cover story that exposed her affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, Kristen Stewart is coming clean about her indiscretions in a public apology to boyfriend Rob Pattinson.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," the actress said in a statement Wednesday.

Pattinson, 26, and Stewart, 22, were together as recently as Sunday, when they attended the Teen Choice Awards together and appeared to be all smiles. Still no word from the scorned Twilight actor or his reps.

Yesterday Christian Bale, the star of The Dark Knight Rises, spent several hours with some of the victims of the tragic Aurora, Colorado shooting that took place last week. James Holmes killed 12 people and injured 58 others during a midnight screening of the film, and he is currently in custody and waiting to stand trial at Arapahoe County District Court in Centennial, Colorado.

Bill Voloch, the interim president of the Medical Center of Aurora, told the Denver Post that Bale met with five people being treated there and two others brought in from another hospital. “It was good for the patients,” Voloch said. “We hope it was therapeutic for them, and all the staff really appreciated him coming.”

Over the weekend, Bale released the following statement regarding the murders: “Words cannot express the horror that I feel. I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them.”
