G-Eazy shut down rumors he's secretly hooking up with Demi Lovato at the ESPYS last night, after reports swirled that the rapper and the songstress were spotted leaving a nightclub together hand-in-hand last week.
"No, she’s just a friend," he told ET.
He understands why there's a public interest in his romantic life, though, given that he was recently in a high profile relationship with Halsey.
"It’s just one of those things that comes with the territory. You trade in your anonymity in exchange for some of your success in the public eye. You have to remember the blessings and remember how grateful you are to be here in the first place and understand that some of that is just what comes with the territory," he added.

Alec Baldwin stepped out for dinner at Craig's in LA last night, and we couldn't help but notice that he looks like he paid a visit to Donald Trump's spray tanning people!
Maybe all those tanning fumes are getting to him, because after his meal, he walked out without signing the check. The waitress chased after him to get his John Hancock - and her tip! - and he happily obliged. Woopsie!
He didn't seem too pleased about being peppered with questions about niece Hailey Baldwin's engagement to Justin Bieber, but he better get used to it, because after that wedding, he's not going to be the most famous one in the family anymore!

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to come to the U.S. for a tour, Us Weekly reports.
“They are so excited to head to the U.S. Meghan is looking forward to introducing Harry to everything she loves about the U.S. They are thinking New York, Washington, D.C., and California. They’re working to finalize locations and venues," a source dished to the mag.
"Meghan and Harry want to solidify ties between the U.K. and the U.S. They want to highlight and foster these relationships. They will meet with CEOs and female tech entrepreneurs to encourage their involvement in the industry," the source added.
The Duchess of Sussex can't wait to come back to her homeland, so she's setting up her own little trip before an official one. Allegedly, she wants to do as much as she can before she has a bun in the oven, which insiders say will be sooner rather than later!
"She’s planning a personal, unofficial trip this summer to see family and friends. She’ll go to New York, then L.A. Expect to hear the pitter-patter of a little prince or princess in 2019," the insider revealed.

Ben Affleck arrived home to his Pacific Palisades mansion carrying a duffle bag yesterday, and we're impressed the actor travels so lightly!
The Batman star spent the weekend in NYC with ex Jen Garner and their three kids, and they were spotted taking in the Broadway play Hello, Dolly.
It's sort of shocking that the former spouses were open to spending some quality time together, given that the actress recently spoke about how the public scrutiny around their divorce totally crushed her.
"What I think I’ve learned is that the scrutiny in your private life puts a pressure to make something happen. You feel a pressure to hurry up and get married, ‘cause you think that’ll end the ‘Are they engaged? Are they not?’ [talk]. And that’s true in the reverse, as well. If there is any inkling of trouble, or if the tabloids decide there’s trouble, it can create trouble," she explained to CBS Sunday Morning.
"But to be honest, public scrutiny, everyone says, ‘Oh, you’ve had to go through this in public.’ The public isn’t what’s hard. What’s hard is going through it," she added.

We guess he made quite the impression!
Katy Perry opened up about revisiting her Christian faith after a meeting with Pope Francis in the newest issue of Vogue Australia, and it sounds like her religious parents couldn't be happier.
"Now that I'm in my 30s, it's more about spirituality and heart goodness [for me]. My mom has prayed for me my entire life, hoping I'd come back to God," she confessed to the mag.
"I'm such a big fan of Pope Francis. It's a combination of compassion, humility, sternness and refusal. He is a rebel - a rebel for Jesus," she gushed.
The pop princess began her rebirth while attending a weeklong spiritual retreat at the Hoffman Institute, and she highly recommends it for anyone going through some challenges in life.
"For years, my friends would go and come back completely rejuvenated, and I wanted to go, too. I was ready to let go of anything that was holding me back from being my ultimate self. I have had bouts of situational depression and my heart was broken last year because, unknowingly, I put so much validity in the reaction of the public, and the public didn’t react in the way I had expected to … which broke my heart," she confessed.
"Music is my first love and I think it was the universe saying: ‘Okay, you speak all of this language about self-love and authenticity, but we are going to put you through another test and take away any kind of validating “blankieâ€. Then we’ll see how much you do truly love yourself.’ That brokenness, plus me opening up to a greater, higher power and reconnecting with divinity, gave me a wholeness I never had. It gave me a new foundation. It’s not just a material foundation: it’s a soul foundation," she added.

Pete Davidson recently gave fiancee Ariana Grande his late firefighter father's NYPD pendant, and fans were quick to point out that he did the same thing for ex Cazzie David. The SNL star has a perfectly good explanation, though!
"Actually I didn’t give that to my ex. Yes she had one but it was a replica. I had a bunch of replicas made. My sister and grandpa also have one. The one that Ari has is the one my dad actually died in and he wore his entire career and the one I’ve worn for over 17 years,†he wrote in response to the speculation.
"I’ve actually never taken it off other for SNL or work. So it means a lot to me,†he added.
Davidson's father died responding to the 9/11 terror attacks in 2001.
