No wonder Ali Larter has such awesome arms; she carries baby Teddy with her nearly everywhere she goes!

The Heroes star showed off her fit figure in skintight white pants and a causal black tee as she carted her sharply-dressed one-year-old to Whole Foods in LA, on Tuesday afternoon.

Larter has been hard at work filming scenes for the upcoming flick Lovesick with Friends star Matt LeBlanc, which centers on a man who goes clinically insane every time he falls in love, until he finds his perfect match.

Ali is also gearing up to return to the small screen in Fox's new spy drama The Asset, premiering this fall.

Janet, Tito, Jermaine, Rebbie and Randy Jackson have fired off a letter to the current executors of Michael Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain, demanding they resign from their positions because they've "failed to perform" their duties.

In the three page letter, the Jackson family claim that the two attorneys have not only failed at their executor duties, but have also "taken advantage of a grieving mother and family."

The letter states that after Michael passed, Mr. Branca told 82-year-old Katherine Jackson: "I am Michael Jackson now."

The family's letter goes on to accuse the two lawyers of knowing that Michael's signature on the will is fraudulent. The Jacksons say Michael was not in California at the time the will was signed ... which was on July 7, 2002. Furthermore, the letter says Michael's siblings have evidence to back up their claims.

Today Tom Cruise was snapped with daughter Suri Cruise on their way to Chelsea Piers in NYC, and even though her parents are in the middle of a highly-publicized split, it was business as usual for the 6-year-old.

After wrapping filming on Oblivion, Tom flew in from Los Angeles on an overnight flight early this morning, and this is his first visit with Suri since Katie Holmes allegedly "blindsided" him with divorce papers on June 28.

Just last week it was confirmed that the former A-list couple had worked out a divorce settlement and a custody agreement, the latter of which granted Tom "generous visitation rights." Looks like things are already falling into place ... as long as Tom doesn't talk about Scientology with his little girl, it looks like everyone will stay happy!

Aww, aside from the 14-inch height difference, these two are such a cute couple!

Ashley Tisdale and beau Scott Speer were snapped out and about in the valley today, and the former High School Musical hottie tweeted on Monday, "I am beyond excited for my man @_scott_speer's premiere tomorrow! can't wait till everyone sees, what I think is the best step up yet! ‪#SU4.‬"

Wait, there was a Step Up 3? Either way, we're glad the lovebirds are back on after that brief split in late 2011...

Joseph Gordon-Levitt covers the new issue of GQ, and while his photo shoot produced some stunning images (see the gallery below), the 31-year-old actor became quite upset with the magazine when he read the accompanying interview, which claims his older brother Dan died of a drug overdose.

The Dark Knight Rises star posted the following message on his website, titled "Burning Dan in GQ":

"First of all, I'd like to thank both of the Jims and everyone else at GQ for putting me on the cover of their magazine this month. That kind of exposure is a huge help to all to work I love to do, and I'm deeply appreciative.

I'm writing this because I have a problem with what their article says about my brother. I'll be honest, it really made me feel terrible. Here's a quote:

"…the elder Gordon-Levitt died of an alleged drug overdose in 2010. 'It was an accident' is all Joe will say about that."

Using the world "alleged" technically allows the writer to say whatever she wants. The "allegations" to which she must be referring were made by a handful of gossip websites. They are factually incorrect according to the coroner's office and the police department ... I don’t like publicly speaking about my brother’s death, but I’m making an exception to correct this irresponsible claim.

By the way, while I asked the writer not to dwell on how he died, I did say quite a bit about how he lived, and how much he means to me. Dan was a brightly positive, genuinely caring, and brilliantly inspiring person, and I liked the idea of such a wide readership learning about him. My parents and I are disappointed with what the article chose to focus on regarding this sensitive subject."

In addition to the bit about his late brother, the mag talks about Gordon-Levitt's acting talents and his hitRECord.org website, so it's not all bad. The publication has yet to issue any sort of a statement about the matter...

Despite the fact that Sofia Vergara showed off a giant diamond ring last week during her vacation in Mexico, it's now being reported that she is NOT engaged to beau Nick Loeb. Loeb supposedly asked for her hand in marriage while the pair visited the Mayan archeological ruins of Chichen Itza with her friends and family.

Extra reports that Nick "popped the question, but she did not accept his proposal ... He asked her to wear the ring and she didn’t want to embarrass him." Um, wow!

Seeming to back up the story, Sofia stepped out in Paris on Tuesday, and the ring was noticeably absent from her left hand.

Her publicist has yet to respond to our requests for a statement...
