Chris Brown's community service hours are under question after a prosecutor handling his felony assault case cited a possible discrepancy.

On Tuesday, Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray requested the audit due to the amount of hours Brown worked and where it was completed. The confusion comes from the fact that Brown has been allowed to complete six months' worth of work in his home state of Virginia and not in Los Angeles, where he was originally sentenced.

Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg stated Brown completed a significant amount of hours but never specified the amount. The judge revealed that part of the issue was that the court hadn’t received detailed logs of Brown’s community service. Logs were previously provided but not for any of his recent updates.

Brown’s attorney Pat Harris did not object to the audit due to the mix-up. The 23-year-old singer remains on probation for his beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009 but has completed his domestic violence and anger management counseling.

Schnegg has scheduled Brown to appear at the next hearing, tentatively scheduled for Aug. 21.

Courtney Love's ex-assistant is suing over unpaid wages and unethical requests the singer made, claiming she was instructed to hire a hacker and falsify legal letters.

On Tuesday, Jessica Labrie filed a wrongful termination and breach of contract suit in a Los Angeles courtroom.

According to the lawsuit, Labrie worked for Love for about a year from 2010-2011 but was let go when she complained about thousands of dollars in unpaid wages and business trip expenses. The suit also claims Labrie suffered headaches, insomnia and other medical conditions as a result of Love’s conduct. Her attorney, Joshua Gruenberg, stated that Love wanted a hacker to change records to businesses she owned or believed she owned, but Labrie refused.

Labrie is seeking unspecified damages for alleged wrongful termination, failure to pay wages and overtime, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Rapper Frank Ocean recently revealed his first love was a man, and now Beyonce is showing her support for his courageous admission in the form of a poem.

The "Love On Top" singer knows Ocean personally, as her upcoming album has a tracked titled "I Miss You" written by the lyricist, and she posted this sweet message superimposed over his picture to her official blog Beyonce.com.

This isn't the first time the Grammy winner has spoken out in support of the LGBT community. "I've always had a connection. Most of my audience is actually women and gay fans, and I've seen a lot of the younger boys kind of grow up to my music. It's great when I'm able to do the meet and greets, because I'm able to really connect and have conversations," she explained.

Despite the fact that he's going through a very public divorce from Katie Holmes, it was business as usual for Tom Cruise yesterday on the set of Oblivion in June Lake, California. Tom appeared to be in good spirits, and after taking a one week break from shooting he seems ready to move on with his professional life. But what about his love life?

Rumors are swirling that Cruise and his Oblivion co-star Olga Kurylenko are possibly heating things up offscreen, as sources tell the NY Post that the two have “a great deal of chemistry.” However, Cruise’s rep insists that this is not a quickie rebound, telling the Post, “They are shooting a movie and they are actors — their chemistry on set is them acting. It’s their job.”

A source added that Kurylenko is dating Danny Huston, her co-star in Starz’s Magic City, and Huston has been a regular visitor to Oblivion shooting locations in New Mexico, Iceland, Louisiana. I guess that settles that!

She seemed to forget all about the pain after the fact, tweeting, "Special thanks to Victor at House of Ink in venice beach on the boardwalk, for piercing my nose. I must warn you, do not watch that last video if you are squeamish."
