Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed a baby girl Sunday -- Penelope Scotland Disick, weighing in at 7 lbs, 14 ounces.

The 33-year-old star had an all-natural birth, according to E! News. The reality show star told her network: "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

The baby was born early Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

So will the big moment be shared with Keeping Up With The Kardashian viewers, as Mason's birth was? Kourtney said on the Tonight Show a few weeks ago: "We're gonna film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don't see in the movies. And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn't have to be a crazy screaming session" So we'll have to wait and see what the proud parents decide this time!

"Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick! Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to be an aunt again and can't wait to spoil little Penelope. I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world. Congratulations Kourtney and Scott. Xo"

Katie Holmes spend all day Saturday at her attorneys' office in mid-town Manhattan Saturday, as she has for a past couple of days.

Katie and her soon-to-be-ex, Tom Cruise, are trying to settle, to "avoid a long, public divorce fight," according to a People magazine report.

Cruise "doesn't want his family dragged through the mud," a source tells the mag.

Holmes, 33, filed for sole legal custody of Suri, 6, and plans to live in New York while Cruise, 50, keeps his main residence in LA. Reports claim the pair's split was precipitated by Katie's displeasure with Suri being raised in the Church of Scientology. Peoplemag reports: "Cruise may be open to Suri living primarily with Holmes ... but any agreement would have to include generous visitation for Cruise, a source saying, 'There's no world where Tom won't be seeing Suri.'"
