Hudgens used to share her $2.5million Tuscan-style villa with ex-beau of five years, Zac Efron -- lets hope it works out better for the actress this time around!

After announcing that she was filing for divorce from husband Tom Cruise on Friday, Katie Holmes was snapped returning to her new apartment in the Big Apple after taping a segment for an upcoming episode of Project Runway. The actress wore a conservative but stylish navy blue dress, high heels and jewelry, but her gold wedding band, which she was seen wearing just last Thursday, was noticeably absent.

In her divorce papers, Holmes reportedly stated that her five-year marriage to Tom Cruise was "irretrievably" broken at least 6 months prior to filing, and interestingly enough she chose to submit the legal docs in the state of New York, rather than California. While we've always understood that Katie was bi-coastal, she claims in the docs that both she and Tom have been residents in New York for over 2 years.

So why would she be going through all this effort to keep it in a New York court? Since she's seeking sole custody of the couple's 6-year-old daughter Suri, she apparently has a better chance of getting what she wants with a judge, but in order for the NY court to have jurisdiction, she has to prove that she's a resident. Makes sense, but think it will work?

The pop star finished up his online courses to earn his diploma from St. Michael Catholic Secondary School in his native Stratford, Ontario. According to Canadian news service QMI, Bieber wasn't present during the commencement ceremony last Thursday night but his name was included in the program.

"We are very proud of Justin and all of the other 192 graduates of St. Michael school, however, we're not at liberty to discuss any personal plans or information about Justin or any other graduate," St. Mike's principal Tim Doherty told QMI.

We're positive mama Bieber is proud now that high school's out of the way. Wonder if he'll take on college or continue his trek towards super-stardom?

Charlie Sheen's former assistant Rick Calamaro has been found dead today in his Los Angeles apartment.

According to numerous reports, law enforcement sources said that Calamaro was found with "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol" on the scene. It also appeared that Calamaro had been dead for several days when he was found. His cause of death has yet to be determined.

The former club promoter, who became a member of Sheen's entourage, reportedly partied with the actor and was involved in the October 2010 NYC scandal which resulted in Sheen trashing a hotel room the Plaza Hotel after an argument with porn star Capri Anderson.

This isn't the only piece of news Sheen's name has been attached to as his new FX comedy, Anger Management, debuted to record ratings last Thursday, becoming the most-watched scripted comedy broadcast in cable history.

Kat Von D was out and about over the weekend with her new beau, English rapper Scroobius Pip, as the two were seen holding hands strolling through the streets of Hollywood.

Pip's relatively unknown here in the states but has made a name for himself over in England with his album Distraction Pieces. He seems like a good fit for the 31-year-old LA Ink star, especially after her shaky split with ex Jesse James. Let's see if this spells a new beginning for the budding couple!
