50 Cent was rushed to the hospital early on Tuesday morning after his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.

The rapper was put on a stretcher and taken to the nearest Queens hospital, and his rep told the NY Daily News, “[50 Cent] was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. He was released this morning and is doing fine.”

50's driver was also taken to the ER, and according to his website the SUV almost flipped over. The truck driver reportedly told police his load shifted and he lost control of the vehicle.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her fiance Gary Head are both in jail, according to various online reports.

The TV star was reportedly arrested for drug possession while Head was taken into custody for domestic violence.

Evans, who is the mom to 2-year-old son Jace, Tweeted that she did "call the cops." However, the star "told them I didn't want to press charges to jeopardize his career."

The twosome have been off and on for the past few years. On May 16, Head proposed to Evans.

Looks like 11-year-old singer Willow Smith is growing up ... and fast!

The daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith proudly showed off a tongue piercing in this snapshot while posing alongside a gal pal. At least we thought she had pierced it ... until she Tweeted the following: "It's fake... Sorry."
