After all her legal troubles in recent years, Lindsay Lohan isn't taking today's car accident lightly -- in fact, she's already called in the big gun. Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, JUST arrived at the hospital where Lindsay and her sidekick Gavin are being treated after a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway just two hours ago.

Holley has repped Lindsay since the beginning of her legal woes in 2007, when Lohan was charged with DUI. The Hollywood lawyer quit her client briefly in 2010, after Lindsay received a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation on two DUI convictions.

But it didn't take long for Holley to return to her needy client. There were many more court cases to handle and Shawn seems to be the only one Lindsay trusts.

Holley, who represented Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton and other celebs, is now sitting in Lindsay hospital room, plotting their next steps.

Lindsay Lohan smashed up her Porsche just an hour ago when she involved in a car accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica.

The Liz & Dick star apparently hit a semi truck, according to a source, and was taken to a local hospital.

We're told Lindsay isn't badly injured but that her black sports car didn't fair so well.

UPDATE - We're told Lindsay was on her way to the Liz & Dick set when the accident occurred. Our source tells us too, that Linds was with her boyfriend Gavin Doyle.

Our photographers are at the hospital now, waiting for the pair to be released.

UPDATE #2 - Lindsay is saying she wasn't driving! Just after the accident, the actress texted, saying, "I was in a massive accident. I wasn't driving ... Gavin was."

The Speed star will still keep a residence in the city, because she owns Bess Bistro in the downtown area but she is reportedly renovating a $16 million, 8,100-squared-foot Beverly Hills mansion that she bought last year, where she's planning to settle with her son.

The notoriously private couple is keeping their nuptials a low key affair, inviting only a handful of close friends and family to the ceremony. The wedding is so top secret, workers at the location have been asked to sign nondisclosure agreements to protect the privacy of their special day.

The Magic Mike star and his Brazilian model fiancee got engaged on Christmas Day 2011, when the 42-year-old actor proposed and shared the happy news on his WhoSay account.

"Just asked Camila to marry me, Merry Christmas," he wrote as a caption for the picture he posted to the site.

Marriage is the last piece of the puzzle for the pair, who have been dating since 2006 and are parents to children Levi, 4, and Vida, 2.
