The famous director's guest list for his Memorial Day beach bash in Malibu included some of Hollywood's biggest starts, and Robert Downey Jr., Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Courteney Cox and Coco Arquette, Ashley Greene, Kate Beckinsale, Dianna Agron and Barbara Streisand were all on the list.

The A-listers were seen flocking on the beach outside of Ratner's posh house, and he even rented a big bounce house to entertain the celeb kids!

The Hollywood heavyweight is jetting to Cannes in the morning to enjoy the remainder of the Film Fest, after hitting up a few parties, but he had a little setback while preparing for his trip. Ratner Tweeted on Monday, "I was so upset the Hermes store was closed today... I'm leaving in the morning. See u next time!!"

In career news, Roberts has just signed on to the upcoming thriller, Empire State, costarring Liam Hemsworth, Dwyane Johnson and Nikki Reed. The flick centers on “the true story of a 1982 NYC armored car company robbery thought at the time to be the largest cash heist in U.S. history,” according to Deadline.

In Catching Fire, the character Finnick Odair is a charismatic, trident-wielding tribute who battles it out against Katniss Everdeen in a second tournament to the death. We think he'd be perfect for it!
