The pricey rooms, which come with either two or three bedrooms, can cost upwards of $3,784 a day! Take a look at the description according to the hospital's website:

The "Copacabana" singer is selling his beachfront 3,546 square-foot property for $6.9 million.

Manilow's home boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate guest house and incredible ocean views.

Back in 2009, the legendary crooner was asking $12.6 million for the estate. Such a steal!
