The nominees for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards have been released and to no surprise, this year's biggest film The Hunger Games leads the pack!

The 2012 box office hit earned eight nominations, including one for best cast, breakthrough performance and movie of the year. Also enjoying the spotlight is Bridesmaids, which also earned eight noms, while Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 and 21 Jump Street followed suit with six apiece.

The 2012 MTV Movie Awards will take place at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on June 3. Check out the full list of nominees below!

Jessica Simpson gave birth to a baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson, early this morning in L.A.

Fiance Eric Johnson was by Jess' side, as Simpson delivered a 9 lb., 13 ounce baby.

Jessica and Eric were engaged in November 2010 but haven't yet set a wedding date.

Ashlee Simpson and their mom Tina arrived bright and early this morning to be by Jessica's side.

The third trailer for The Dark Knight Rises hit the web Tuesday, and anticipation for the conclusion to the Batman trilogy has never been greater!

The film, starring Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, and Joseph Gordon Levitt, promises some new twists and turns... and a new ride for our favorite caped crusader! Called The Bat by filmmakers and toymakers alike, the car is bound to have DC Comics fans mesmerized.

Another element that is bound to get moviegoers pumped for the release? The massive pyrotechnics! Director Christopher Nolan doesn't hold back on explosions for this grand finale!

The teaser will run along this weekend's upcoming blockbuster The Avengers, and will officially hit theaters July 20.

It's official ... no more reality show for Khloe Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom!

E!'s Khloe & Lamar will end after this season. Kim's younger sis tells Entertainment Tonight:

"Our show is not cancelled. Lamar and I have chosen to take a break this summer. We've been on a whirlwind doing back-to-back shows, and we just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics -- you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now."

As for whether Lamar's dismissal from the Dallas Mavericks had anything to do with the reality show ending, Khloe adds:

"The issue at hand is we just want to be happy. We'll take our time and we'll get back to it when it's time."

The two tied the knot back in 2009. We have a feeling Khloe & Lamar be back on the air sooner rather than later!

This could be the start of a beautiful friendship!

Looking totally fierce in a pink and black dress with a to-die-for rhinestone snake necklace wrapped around her pretty neck, Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias announced plans for a 20-city MEGA concert tour this summer, which will also feature musicians Llandel Veguilla and Malave Salazar of Wisin and Yandel.

The concert series will begin July 14 in Montreal, and La Lopez exclaimed at the conference:

“We are going to give you everything we got. I think it’s going to be one of the most historic tours ever. Because I don’t know that there has ever been something ... where these Latinos have come together like this as family.”

Iglesias also added, “I have a bunch of songs with Wisin Y Yandel and obviously with Jennifer.” Lopez also revealed that her 4-year-old twins, Max and Emme, will join them on the tour bus!

Of course J. Lo had to sneak new beau Casper Smart into the conference for moral support -- these two are attached at the hip and still going strong!

While Gwen Stefani has been slaving away in the recording studio with her band No Doubt, it seems there is suddenly a new career opportunity in her horizon: a resident judge spot on X Factor!

The stylish Mrs. Rossdale has recently been contacted by Simon Cowell to replace Steve Jones as a host on this year’s show, according to the New York Post, and apparently “Stefani is interested.”

Sources estimate her price tag is “between $5 million and $7 million,” which is definitely a better bargain than Britney Spears, who was reportedly asking for a $15 million paycheck to appear as a judge on the show.
