After X17online speculated that Megan Fox was hiding a baby bump in the above photos back in November, now a new report from E! News claims the actress is pregnant with her first child.

A publicist for Fox and hubby Brian Austin Green confirmed the actress was NOT preggers five months ago ... but now we're curious to hear when the baby's due!

The report claims a source has confirmed Fox's pregnancy. The actress did tell Cosmo mag, in this month's issue: "I want at least two, probably three kids." She also said, "I've always been maternal."

Hmmm ... could a bundle of joy really be headed her way???

First Kim and Khloe Kardashian were in Illinois, then they flew over to New York City, then Kim came back to Los Angeles for less than 24 hours and now the whole family is back together again in the Big Apple!

On Monday afternoon we spotted Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and mom Kris (along with Scott Disick, little Mason and Lamar Odom) shopping, and most of the group appeared to be in a great mood, but Kourt wasn't exactly having the best day, as she tweeted, "When will people ever learn NOT to mess with a hormonal pregnant woman? Seriously...don't mess with me. I'm a ticking time bomb." Yikes!

While her sister was a bit of a grump, Kim couldn't stop beaming when we snapped her picture. Think this has something to do with her family hanging out with (and approving of) beau Kanye West the other night? Seeing as she's wearing a pair of earrings with his initials on them, we'd say this relationship is going pretty well!

After going on a humanitarian trip to visit Colombian refugees in Ecuador yesterday, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are back in the Galapagos Islands and once again enjoying some family time during their vacation in South America.

Jolie, who was just appointed as a special envoy for the UNHCR, went to Quito to meet with Ecuador's foreign minister, Ricardo Patino, to promote the "Thanks Ecuador" campaign in recognition of the country's assistance with Colombian refugees.

The newly-engaged couple left their six children with their nannies and bodyguards in the Galapagos on Sunday, so now it seems like their focus will be family fun and exploring the islands!

The star power was quite palpable when Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer all met up for a worthy cause over the weekend.

The celeb couples and their families were spotted the Children Mending Hearts 4th Annual Spring Benefit on Sunday in Pacific Palisades, California. The event featured art, music, photography, games and food with each activity allowing participants to create gifts for at risk youth in Haiti.

While Meyer and Maguire had little Ruby and Otis in tow, the Afflecks appeared child-free for the festivities. It would have been sweet to see baby Samuel and his sisters out and about!

Demi Lovato has been very forthcoming with the public about her struggles with bulimia and cutting, and now the 19-year-old starlet is opening up about her battle with substance abuse.

Demi, who spent three months in rehab in November 2010, chats with the new issue of Fabulous Magazine and says she's thankful she ended her addiction before it became life-threatening.

“Being a celebrity can be dangerous,” she says. “Nobody says 'no'. That’s why so many end up overdosing and dying. It could definitely have happened to me." When asked about her drug use, Demi tells the mag, “It’s something I don’t really want to talk about. What I can say is that I was depressed. I would come off stage in front of 18,000 people and suddenly be alone in a hotel room. I’d come crashing down and would try to find a way to recreate that feeling, to stay 'up.'"

So how did she score the drugs? “Promoters gave me drugs and alcohol in restaurants or clubs,” she says. “They wanted me to come back so I would be seen there. They were basically kissing my ass ... I thought they were my friends. I thought I was having fun." But couldn't she have just said no?

We snapped Ian Somerhalder holding hands with a mystery woman after brunch at Gjelina in Venice on Sunday, and we almost jumped to conclusions that he was sneaking around behind Nina Dobrev's back, but upon closer inspection we realized the lady was actually his sister, Robin. Vampire Diaries fans, you can breathe a sigh of relief!

Although, we do think it's a bit weird that two grown siblings are holding hands...
