Lindsay Lohan is in hot water with the law once again, this time over an incident in which the 25-year-old actress allegedly shoved a woman at The Standard hotel in LA on April 5. The altercation reportedly occurred because the unidentified woman was chatting up a guy that the Herbie star had her eye on. Such drama!

Various online reports claim the Playboy cover girl didn't go out that night, nor was she anywhere at the hotel.

The accuser filed a report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's station on April 7 and an investigation is underway.

The incident comes on the heels of a positive progress report in court by Judge Stephanie Sautner, who told the Georgia Rule starlet to, "stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."

We hope this is nothing more than an attempt for fame and money, but we wouldn't be surprised if Miss Lohan channeled her inner mean girl either!

Jennifer Hudson is on her way to seek justice more than three years since the death of her mother, brother and nephew.

On Monday, jury selection began in the trial of William Balfour, the man accused of murdering Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and 7-year-old Julian King. The Grammy winning singer, who is on the witness list, is expected to attend regularly starting April 23.

Balfour, who was the estranged husband of Hudson's sister Julia, is accused of fatally shooting Hudson's mother and brother inside their Chicago home in 2008, while the body of Hudson's nephew was discovered three days later in an abandoned vehicle.

Balfour, who was also Julian's stepfather, has denied the charges and pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he could face a maximum life sentence.

When asked on Today if she was influenced by Lady Gaga, Minaj said, "I don't really know Gaga. But as far as Madonna, I had the pleasure of working with her, and I feel she's really changed and reinvented not only herself, but pop culture. What inspires me about Madonna is that she's able to balance all of this with her family and her personal life, and I told her that."

Megan Fox covers the April issue of Jalouse, and she looks stunning in her spread, but she comes across as a bit stuck up in her interview, telling the French magazine that she "would not trade [her] place with an unattractive girl."

Of course, Megan insists that she was misquoted, and she recently took to her Facebook page to set the record straight. The 25-year-old starlet wrote:

"Before this starts to circulate and spin into something else I want to address a "quote" that has started to run from an interview I did with a French magazine called Jalouse.

The quote reads "I wouldn't trade my place with an unattractive girl" Sigh. The actual comment, the context and it's intention are grossly distorted and misrepresented here.

I gave this interview in English obviously, it was then translated to French and now back into English. I've never made vapid self serving comments and in contradiction am uncontrollably self deprecating."

Just four months after joining the Dallas Mavericks, Lamar Odom announced today that he will no longer be playing for the NBA team.

"The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it's in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team," Odom told ESPN in a statement Monday. "I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship."

Odom saw significantly less playing time with the Mavs, and during his brief tenure with the team, he was temporarily reassigned to Dallas' D-League (development league) "to tend to personal matters."

ESPN reports that Odom will likely be listed as inactive for the remainder of the season, and the Mavs can trade him when the season ends. Maybe he'll come back to Los Angeles? After all, he played for the Lakers from 2006-2011, and he previously played for the Clippers for 3 seasons, so it's definitely a possibility. Either way, we have to wonder how wife Khloe Kardashian feels about this ... or if she influenced his decision at all?

But no nude scenes with Adam Levine ... not yet anyway!

Jennifer Love Hewitt was snapped leaving her pad in the valley over the weekend, and she may not be meeting up with her celeb crush, but she does look like she's ready for a hot date!

J. Love previously told Ellen DeGeneres that she has the hots for the Maroon 5 frontman, and in a radio interview with Texas DJ Bobby Bones on Friday, she revealed that "absolutely nothing" has happened since she chatted with Ellen "except that everybody is talking about it and Adam Levine will probably never speak to me."

She continued, "I feel like I should write him an apology letter on Twitter or something just to say I'm so sorry ... I wasn't thinking that it was gonna turn into this whole thing and I feel bad. [But] I was kind of hoping that he would say thanks for at least thinking that he's hot. He is hot!"

Adam may be a lost cause, but there are plenty of other single hotties in Hollywood, right?! We're not sure where this came from, but yesterday 33-year-old J. Love tweeted at 22-year-old Joe Jonas, wishing him a happy Easter and adding, "you gonna watch the client list tonight?!" Alas, he never responded, but maybe someone will tip him off?

The first episode of The Client List aired last night (titled "The Rub"), and while Jennifer plays a scantily-clad prostitute in the series, she says she'll never get naked for a role. The actress was asked during a recent press conference if she would have agreed to play the part for a racier network like HBO or Showtime, and she responded, "I wouldn't have done nudity, no. That's not something that I feel particularly comfortable with ... I also think that it's sexier not to show everything. I feel like imaginations can do way more."

But not just any stalker -- this is a woman who reportedly met Alec Baldwin on the set of The Adventures of Pluto Nash back in 2002!

Genevieve Sabourin, a 40-year-old Canadian actress, was arrested outside of the actor's Manhattan apartment last night after approaching the doorman and asking to be be buzzed in. This is the third time she's attempted to meet up with Baldwin in the past two weeks; according to the NY Post, Sabourin allegedly went to Baldwin's home in the Hamptons last week and also followed him to an event at the Lincoln Center a few days after that. It's also being reported that she has sent the newly engaged 30 Rock star an excessive amount of e-mails and texts asking for money and telling him she wants to have his baby. Typical.

Cops arrested Sabourin at Baldwin's NYC building for aggravated harassment and stalking around 7:45pm, and the actor's rep released the following statement: "As you know, stalking is a serious issue, so we've turned this matter over to the New York Police Department."
