Amanda Bynes has been arrested for driving under the influence, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The former child star was pulled over just after 3am Friday morning at the intersection of Robertson and Santa Monica Boulevard.

The 26-year-old actress, driving a black BMW, was making a right turn and clipped the right rear panel of a police cruiser.

Bynes is still behind bars at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station with a bail set at $5,000.
