Kim Kardashian is ecstatic about the news that President Trump has granted clemency to prisoner Alice Johnson, who was given a life sentence without parole for a first time drug offense back in 1996.

The reality star flew to Washington D.C. last week to meet with the POTUS at the White House about prison reform, and to plead the case for Johnson's release. The Prez took her words to heart, and decided to grant her wish.

"So grateful to @realDonaldTrump, Jared Kushner & to everyone who has showed compassion & contributed countless hours to this important moment for Ms. Alice Marie Johnson. Her commutation is inspirational & gives hope to so many others who are also deserving of a second chance. I hope to continue this important work by working together with organizations who have been fighting this fight for much longer than I have and deserve the recognition," Kimmy K just tweeted.

"The phone call I just had with Alice will forever be one of my best memories. Telling her for the first time and hearing her screams while crying together is a moment I will never forget," she added.

This is what the highest office had to say about the situation.

"Ms. Johnson has accepted responsibility for her past behavior and has been a model prisoner over the past two decades. Despite receiving a life sentence, Alice worked hard to rehabilitate herself in prison, and act as a mentor to her fellow inmates. Her warden, case manager and vocational training Instructor have all written letters in support of her clemency," the White House said in a briefing this afternoon.

"According to her warden, Arcala Washington-Adduci, 'Since [her] arrival at this institution, she has exhibited outstanding and exemplary work ethic. She is considered to be a model inmate who is willing to go above and beyond in all work tasks.' While this Administration will always be very tough on crime, it believes that those who have paid their debt to society and worked hard to better themselves while in prison deserve a second chance," they added.

Khloe Kardashian has reason to believe baby daddy Tristan Thompson is still cheating on her, and she's in total panic mode over how to address the situation and get to the bottom of it, Radar reports.

Kim Kardashian received the Influencer award at the CFDA awards in NYC, and even the reality star was surprised to be given the accolade, as she's the first to admit clothing is often optional.

"I am kind of shocked that I am winning a fashion award when I am naked most of the time. But this is seriously such an honor, so thank you to the CFDA for this award," she said during her acceptance speech.

"It was maybe seven years ago when I had a publicist and she asked, what where my goals, what were my dreams, and I said I just want to be on the cover of a fashion magazine and she said to me, 'Let’s get some realistic goals, because that will never happen.' And so of course I sent her my Vogue cover when it came out — an autographed copy. So it’s really a trip to me that I’m here getting an award for fashion, when it’s something I’ve always loved," she added.

Busy Phillips introduced the buxom bombshell, and gushed over the E! starlet's willingness to take fashion risks that inspire other women.

"Kim, you’re obviously very beautiful but what is so unique about you is your willingness to take risks. One of the reasons that you captivate hundreds of millions of people with every red carpet appearance or even you know because people want to see who and what you’re wearing and how you’re wearing it. You changed the way the rest of the world looks at fashion in so many ways, not only because I personally didn’t know you could wear high heels with bike shorts. You made me want to try and it did not work for me. But you are the influencer’s influencer. Your impact on how women dress and what they want has had real cultural significance," the actress said.

"There is a direct line between posting a photo and then hundreds of millions of people around the world wanting the color of your hair, your makeup look, the top you’re wearing, the bag you’re using. Your openness with your femininity, your sexuality is truly empowering and the ultimate feminist statement," Phillips gushed.

In the wake of Kate Spade's shocking suicide yesterday, new details are coming to light about what drove the iconic handbag designer to take her own life.

The fashion mogul and her husband Andy had recently separated, and he was actively apartment hunting for a place of his own, despite her pleas begging him not to end their marriage. Not only that, but her sister revealed that Spade had been battling mental illness for years, and suspected she may have been bipolar. Her family had urged her to enter treatment multiple times, but she never did as she was worried about how that might affect her brand.

The 55-year-old was depressed and drinking a lot in the days before she hanged herself with a scarf on her bedroom door in her Park Avenue apartment.

"We are all devastated by today’s tragedy. We loved Kate dearly and will miss her terribly. We would ask that our privacy be respected as we grieve during this very difficult time," the family said in a statement.

Her brother-in-law David Spade broke his silence yesterday on her passing, and he remembered her with only the fondest memories.

"Katy at my book signing. I love this pic of her. So pretty. I dont think everyone knew how fucking funny she was... Its a rough world out there people. Try to hang on," he captioned a pic he posted to Twitter. "Fuzzy picture but i love it. Kate and I during Christmas family photos. We had so much fun that day. She was so sharp and quick on her feet. Ariana Grande ditched her signature ponytail and face full of makeup for the latest issue of Vogue UK, and her boyfriend Pete Davidson couldn't help but gush about his lady love and her toned-down look.

"Ummmmmm hiiiiiiiiiiii. i’m the luckiest contest winner ever,” the SNL funny man commented on the images the singer posted to Instagram. "Nahhhh i am," she responded. Their romance got hot and heavy quickly!

The pop princess opened up in the accompanying interview about her battle with anxiety, and how she suffered from PTSD after the Manchester bombing terror attack at her concert.

“I think a lot of people have anxiety, especially right now, my anxiety has anxiety. No. I’ve always had anxiety. I’ve never really spoken about it because I thought everyone had it, but when I got home from tour it was the most severe I think it’s ever been," she revealed.

"I know those families and my fans, and everyone there experienced a tremendous amount of it as well. I feel like I shouldn't even be talking about my own experience -- like I shouldn't even say anything. It's hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss," she added.
